About This Event

IMPORTANT: Masks are required for the safety of guests and staff. Due to the limited capacity, no walk ins or observers will be permitted. All reservations must be prepaid online. We have implemented safe measures and sanitary protocols to ensure everyone has a fun, safe and carefree experience. If you or anyone in your group are not feeling well, we are happy to issue you a store credit so you can come back another day. Please email studio068@paintingwithatwist.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to not feeling well.

ARRIVAL TIME: Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get uncorked, smocked & in your seat! If you desire more time to unwind, arrive up to 30 min early! Seating is 6ft apart unless otherwise noted on your reservation.

LATE POLICY: If you are late to class, you may not be allowed to paint and forfeit your payment. Arriving late to your session will not allow you or your fellow classmates the best possible experience.

BYOB: Food is not allowed in the studio at this time to keep risk of potential spread lower. BYOB Drinks are allowed as long as masks are put back on after a drink. Bring cups, ice and bottle opener if needed. Must be 21 and older to consume alcohol.

AGE POLICY: This class is for ages 10 and up. Must be 21 and older to consume alcohol. No infants or toddlers allowed.

FINDING US: We are located in the Renaissance Square Shopping Center near Gattis School Road and I-35.Outback Steakhouse, Whataburger are in the same shopping center. We are not in the Walmart shopping center.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hrs notice of cancellation so that we may offer your spot to another customer. A refund or store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. (Leave a message if calling after hours or email us at studio068@paintingwithatwist.com.) No shows will not receive a refund or store credit.

Refund/Cancellation

In-Studio Cancellations: We have a 24hr cancellation policy, however if you or anyone in your group are not feeling well, please let us know before class and we are happy to issue you a store credit.

Private Party Cancellations: We understand that the current health and safety of the public may require last minute cancellations for in-studio experiences. Please note, no persons may enter the studio if they feel ill, have a fever, or have been in contact with those known to have COVID-19. Masks are required to enter the studio. If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask for as much notice as possible. If you are cancelling within 48 hours of the event, a store credit will be issued for future use. To receive a refund, we kindly ask for a 48 hour+ notice of cancellation. Please note, NO SHOWS without contact will not receive store credit or a refund.

Twist at Home Kit Cancellations: No refunds, exchanges or store credits for Twist at Home kits.
