Private Parties are NOT available on Friday or Saturday Nights.
What is the minimum needed for a Private Party?
Reserve Party Room A
Minimum requirement on Sunday – Thursdays is 15 painters.
Maximum capacity is 36 painters.
Reserve Party Room B
Minimum requirement on Sunday – Thursdays is 30 painters.
Maximum capacity is 48 painters.
How do I book?
Simply fill out the "Request Party" form located on this website. We will get you set up.
What are the Benefits of a Private Party?
- You select your own masterpiece to paint from our collection of over 8,000 paintings. A link will be emailed to you so that you can choose your painting!
- You get your own private party room and your own artist-instructor.
- No set up, no clean up - just show up!
- We provide all the art supplies, as well as cups, and corkscrews.
- Guests may bring their snacks and drinks of choice.
Private Party Specifics:
All private parties require the minimum based on the room selected. If you don't have 15 guests, please see our alternative VIP Party option below. Or you are welcome to have your group join any of our public sessions on the calendar.
If your party fails to meet the minimum requirement of 15 reservations 2 weeks prior to your event all reservations will be moved to a public class or store credit will be given to all guests.
- Prices are as follows:
- 1 1/2 Hour 16x20 Canvas (Kids) = $27 per person
- 2 Hour 16x20 Canvas = $37 per person
- 2 Hour 10x30 Canvas = $40 per person
- 2 Hour 12x12 Canvas = $35 per person
- 2 Hour Shiplap Cutout = $40 per person
- 3 Hour 16x20 Canvas = $45 per person
- 3 Hour 10x30 Canvas = $45 per person
- 3 Hour Paint Your Own Pet = $55 per person
VIP Party Specifics:
Don’t have the minimum number of people to have a private paint party? No problem! You have two options:
- Sign up your small group in a regularly scheduled public class. No contracts, no hassles. OR...
- Book a VIP Party. Pick your painting and your night if we have a room available. You will have your very own VIP section set up in the class with a food/beverage table available to just your group. We will open registration to the public. We require 8 non-refundable reservations paid within 24 hours of booking. VIP party reservations cannot be cancelled to receive store as there is an 8-reservation minimum requirement for us to put the class on the calendar for you. All sales are final. VIP Parties may be booked any day/night of the week if we have a room available.
Offsite Party Specifics:
We will bring the paint nite to you! We have a minimum of 30 people for an offsite paint party and cost is $40 per person for a 2-hour session or $50 for a 3-hour session. Paint Your Pet may be booked as an offsite event for $60 per person. You will have your own artist and pick your own painting. Payment in full is required 1 week prior to the event. The event host is responsible for providing chairs and tables for your paint party. We will provide all supplies needed to paint.
