Benefits of a Private Party

  • You select your own masterpiece to paint from our collection of over 6,000 paintings. A link will be emailed to you so that you can choose your painting! You will be able to choose from 2 hour ($37/person) or 3 hour ($45/person) paintings. (See additional info for Kid's Birthday Parties below)
  • Wood Pallet options available (Pricing Varies). Rebeca Flott Arts Screen Art Options available at $45.00 a person (adults only).
  • You can schedule your party any day of the week, space permitting. We have morning, afternoon and evening slots available.
  • You get your own private party room and your own artist-instructor.
  • All parties are for painters only. We do not allow guests to hang out in the studio.
  • No set up, no clean up - just show up!
  • You get the room 30 minutes before the painting time to party!
  • Please note, rewards points cannot be added to one account if guests are paying themselves or in studio (adult sessions). We can only apply them to kid's parties after the parent has paid. You must have a rewards account created on your end.  Hosts for fundraisers cannot reserve for their entire group online and receive reward points.  Guests can individually reserve, themselves, with their own accounts and receive the points.

We provide all of the art supplies, and corkscrews.

Guests may bring their snacks and drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks, water) of choice -- NO hard liquor. 

How do I reserve and pay for my party?

Just call us at 914-468-6868 or click on the party request tab to your top right, or email your request to and be sure to include the best phone number to reach you.

Studio A (MAIN ROOM) can accommodate a maximum of 35 guests.

-The minimum number of painters required for private parties on Friday and Saturday nights is 25 for our MAIN room (adults only).

-The minimum number of painters required for private parties at all other times is 15.

Studio B (PRIVATE PARTY ROOM) can accommodate a maximum of 20 guests.

The minimum number of painters required for private parties during the week or Friday and Saturday nights is 12 for our PRIVATE PARTY room. (ADULTS ONLY during evenings).

The minimum number of painters required for a private Paint Your Pet party is 15 regardless of the day of the week or studio.

After finalizing your date, time and preferred room, we will go ahead and send you a private party contract by email. The host of the party can secure a reservation with a credit card. We require a non-refundable deposit of $111.00 for a $37 per person party.  You will not recieve a refund or credit if you cancel the event.  There is a 7 day cancellation policy. If less than 7 day notice of cancellation is given, you will be charged a fee of $150.00 in addition to your deposit. If the minimum requirement is not met for the party attendance, the host/hostess' credit card will be charged the balance to meet the minimum. 

Published Party times are when the party will begin. Painting will start promptly as scheduled. Once the private party has been booked and the painting is selected, the host/hostess will receive a passcode to distribute to guests. Hosts can email invitations if preferred. Guests can then go online and individually pay and register for the party. The host/hostess can also pay one payment (for the entire group).

Kid's Parties

Host a unique party for your child's birthday, Scout Troop, sports team, or dance class! Kids love painting here! Plus, kids leave with their complete masterpieces, so there is no need to come back and pick them up at a later date.

Kid parties are available any day except Friday & Saturday nights. On Saturday & Sunday's we offer two different time slots: 11am-1pm, or 3-5pm. We can book 2 parties at once as we have 2 different studio rooms.  If you are looking for something other than this, please contact us directly. In order to secure a date, we will send you a private party contract & will collect a non-refundable deposit for 3 painters. You will not recieve a refund or credit if you cancel the event. Head count will be collected 3-4 days prior to the event. Please do not underestimate as we may not be staffed appropriatly. Kid's parties are drop off parties. THE STUDIO IS FOR PAINTERS ONLY. We do allow the birthday child's parents to stay.

Cute ideas for your party...

  • You may bring in your choice of food and drink. We do have a freezer on site.

  • Use the image of the painting throughout the event planning process. Although all art is subject to copyright protection, we do allow the use of the image for invitations, decorations, and cakes. Please ask about the reproduction of the image in any other instance related to yourprivate event.Bakeries have come up with adorable representations of the painting taught at a private party on cakes and cupcakes.

Van Gogh Package (AGES 7-12):

  • 2 hour party (including 1.5 hours of painting and 30 minutes for party time)
  • Selection of a $27 painting
  • A minimum of 12 painters.
  • $27 per painter
  • Hosts can email or print custom invitations
  • Must be 12 and under
  • THE STUDIO IS FOR PAINTERS ONLY. Kid's parties are drop off parties.

Picasso Package (10+):

  • 2.5 hour party (including 2 hours of painting and 30 mins of party)
  • Selection of a $37 painting (great for our older young painters)
  • Minimum of 12 painters.
  • $37 per painter
  • Hosts can email or print custom invitations
  • Must be 10 or older
  • THE STUDIO IS FOR PAINTERS ONLY. Kid's parties are drop off parties.


If you are interested, please send us an email: with information about the organization. We try to accomdate all fundraising events but unfortunatley, cannot hold them all with the amount of requests we receive.  Fundraising Checks can take up to 1 month to receive after the event.
