Benefits of a Private Party
We provide all of the art supplies, as well as cups, napkins, paper plates, and corkscrews.
Guests may bring their snacks and drinks of choice.
How do I reserve and pay for my party?
Reserving a PRIVATE party is easy. Start by clicking on the “Request A Party” link and fill out a few details.. If you have a particular artist that you would like to request please add their name in the comments section, artists are always willing to see familiar faces and will do everything in their power to be available. We will email you a link to pay the deposit. The deposit covers the first 2 seats of your event and secures the date and time for your party. The next email you will receive is the link that allows access to our vast art library for you to look through at your convenience and pick out that perfect masterpiece.
Our Large Party Room can accommodate a maximum of 45 guests.
Our Small Party Room can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests.
The minimum number of painters required for all PRIVATE parties is 10. If you wish to have a party but do not meet the minimum, we can still accommadate you in our PUBLIC classes. We have a large Public party room (holds up to 45 guests) and we will be glad to set you and your guests up at your very own VIP table to celebrate your party within a party.
The deposit is non-refundable, but if your class is cancelled no less than 14 days prior to the event we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your event or issue a store credit to use at a more convenient time. If the class is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the class or the minimum reservations have not been made, the deposit will be forfeited and no store credit will be issued. In the event that you are unable to get the minimum number of participants, the hostess has the option of paying for the remaining seats needed to keep it a private event.
Once the private party has been booked and the painting is selected, the host/hostess will receive a passcode to distribute to guests. Hosts can also email custom invitations. Guests can then go online and individually pay and register for the private party, or the host/hostess may instead pay with one payment for the party.
Additional Information for Kid Parties
Host a unique party for your child's birthday, Scout Troop, sports team, or dance class! Kids love painting here and they also love our dance breaks! Plus, kids leave with their complete masterpieces, so there is no need to come back and pick them up at a later date.
Kid parties are available Saturday and Sunday afternoons only and the price is $25 per painter for groups of 10 or more.
Typical Kids Parties include 1.5 or 2 hour art with time for breaks, cupcakes and presents.

ALCOHOL Policies :
We are BYOB. You may bring in any alcohol or non-alcohol drinks. Food is permitted as well. Alcohol is NOT allowed during family or kids classes. Guests must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol at the studio. We supply plastic wine cups and opener.
AGE Policies :
Because of the "Twist " element of Painting with a Twist, Night time, regular "OPEN TO THE PUBLIC" classes are for ages 18 and up. Please check out "FAMILY FRIENDLY" classes the whole family or children under 18 can attend.
Ages 18-20 permitted in BYOB. We reserve the right to verify ages of those consuming alcohol.
All classes or parties after 6pm Mon-Fri and 4pm Sat-Sun must be ages 18 or older. We recommend age 6 and older for Family Friendly, Kids Paint and for Kids Parties. If you have a painter under the age of 6, please contact the studio.
