Features of a Private Party

You select your own masterpiece to paint from our collection of over 23,000 paintings! (A link will be emailed to you so that you can choose your painting.)
You can schedule your party any day of the week, space permitting.
You get your own private party room and your own artist-instructor.
No set up, no clean up — just show up!
You get the room 30 minutes before and after your party to celebrate.
We provide all of the art supplies, as well as cups, and corkscrews.
Guests may bring their snacks and drinks of choice. Lemonade? Sure! Lemon drop martinis? Sure! Lemon cupcakes? Sure!
Prices are based on the surface you choose to paint on, and include a 15% gratuity for your artist.

More Information

Our main studio can accommodate a maximum of 40 guests.
Our party room can accommodate a maximum of 25 guests (20 for horizontal painting).
There is a minimum of 10 guests for private parties.
Chose a party package that suits your needs and budget.
Party host's selection of surface will dictate price per seat. Host can decide to pay for everyone ("host pay") or have guest pay for themselves ("individual pay").
The host/hostess of the party can secure a reservation for a private party party with a credit card deposit of the equivalent of 3 seats. The 3-seat deposit will apply toward your event. If the event is cancelled within 7 days of the event, the deposit will not be refunded. If more than 7 days notice is given, the deposit will be refunded.
Once the private party has been booked and the painting is selected, the host/hostess will receive a passcode to distribute to guests. Hosts can also email. We don't suggest this method for children's events, as it will ask them to pay for their seat. Guests can then go online and individually pay and register for the private party, or the host/hostess may instead pay with one payment for the party.

Kids' Private Party

You can host a unique party for your child's birthday, Scout Troop, sports team, school party, PTO reward party, class trip or dance class! Kids leave with their complete masterpieces, so there is no need to come back and pick them up at a later date.

You get a 2.5 hour party that includes 1.5 hours of painting and 1 hour of party (30 minutes before painting time and 30 minutes after)
Select what painting you would like all the guests to paint.
Chose a party package that suits your needs and budget.

How do I book my party, and what are the next steps?

Fill out the request for a private party.
We'll be in contact within 48 hours.
You tell us the day/time you'd like to have your party, and decide if it's "host pay" or "individual pay".
You put down a deposit that covers the cost of 3 seats (tell us who gets those seats).
We'll send you an event agreement for you to sign digitally.
Once the event agreement is signed, you choose your art. Check out our gallery as a first step to choosing which painting you'd like everyone in your group to paint.
We'll plug in the painting, and your event is live! Invite whomever you'd like by sending them the link to register (for "host pay") or register and pay (for "individual pay"). Your link shows your guests details about the event, where and when to show up, and what they'll be painting.
