Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

For PUBLIC CLASSES, we DO NOT offer REFUNDS! If you are unable to make the class you booked please call, text, or email our studio at least 4 hours before your scheduled class and we will happily issue you store credit for the full amount you paid. Store credits will be good for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise requested. Store credits are transferable to another painter, but not to another studio. We have a different cancelation policy for private parties. A minimum of 4 painters is required for the class to proceed. If fewer than 4 people register, a store credit will be offered instead. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the painting, or artist, postpone or cancel the class due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our best not to, but should it become necessary for us to cancel a class, you will receive either a full refund or store credit. Please be aware if you book a virtual class reservation or a take-home kit that SALE IS FINAL! Store credits will NOT be issued. NO SHOWS/NO NOTICE WILL NOT RECEIVE STORE CREDIT.
