For non-prepared events: No refund, but a 2-month credit will be issued. 4 hours or less notice: No refund or credit. Cancellation policies apply to all guests registered within 48 hours. If you can’t reach us, please leave a message—calls are time-stamped. TWIST AT HOME KITS: No refund or credit. No observers, infants, or children under 5 allowed unless stated.
