Johnny is the owner here at Painting with a Twist, Weatherford, TX! He discovered his love for art a few years ago after watching other artists paint. Johnny loves teaching, painting and running our awesome studio. He's the coolest and most country introvert you'll ever meet!
Alyssa was born and raised on the outskirts of Hood County and prefers living the laidback, quiet country lifestyle. Being surrounded by nature is inspiration for her creativity. Alyssa uses various mediums to create unique art pieces. Painting with acrylic and crochet are her favorite. When she is not painting or helping others paint, she spends her time enjoying life with her husband, baby girl, family, and pets.
Kristin has been creating art and teaching as long as she can remember. As a second grader, she took lessons in pencil, chalk, charcoal and oils. Kristin's grandmothers were instrumental in continuing her love for painting. Kristin's summers were spent being creative with them. In college, Kristin was an Art/Interior Design major and helped design spaces on campus along with painting background murals for an entertainment venue in Fort Worth. Kristin truly LOVES teaching art in the PWAT setting!
Madeleine has been painting her WHOLE life and is a 4th generation artist! Madeleine uses several different mediums to create art and is most passionate about painting with acrylic and oil paints. She truly enjoys entertaining and teaching at PWAT-Weatherford. You'll even get a free mini concert during her classes as she loves to sing!
Lys has always had a huge place in her heart for any form of self expression including hair, makeup, body modifications & art! Growing up in Austin, TX, she developed a deep love for self expression early on. Lys has two biological kids, two bonus kids, and two fur babies. She is currently in college to get a bachelors in business administration specializing in Entrepreneurship, with hopes to own her own business one day.
Bridget began expressing herself through art at a young age. Whether she was sculpting, painting or practicing yoga, she developed a deep passion for the arts early. Throwing paint on a canvas has become Bridget's voice to the world and a gift that she wants to share with everyone. She began sharing her passion for art by teaching art lessons a few years ago. After watching several people share little bits of their hearts through the art they created, Bridget believes that creativity has and always will be the highest form of hope!
Selena's love for art developed at a very young age. 4th grade to be exact! She discovered her passion for painting at the age of 21, when she began painting with acrylic paint. When Selena isn't painting or drawing she is spending time with her 3 kids and husband.
