Party Info

A painting and wine party is a fun idea for a girls night out, bachelorette party, adult birthday party, holiday party, family reunion, company team building event, group activity, or Meetup event.

No artistic skill is required, but everyone will get to take home their own completed work of art! We supply all painting materials and artist instructions. We also provide basic party supplies for serving your food and drinks, such as cups, plates, cork screws, bottle openers, ice buckets, ice, and paper towels. You may bring alcoholic beverages (BYOB), and your painting will thank you for it!

PARTY SIZE

Minimum of 10 people, maximum of 46 people. If less than 10 people attend, you still have to pay for the 10-person minimum.

COST

Private parties do not cost extra. Our regular prices are $35 per person for 2-hour paintings and $45 for 3-hour paintings.

DEPOSIT

A $70 deposit is required to hold a private party date and will be applied to your 10-person minimum. This deposit is non-refundable; however, if you cancel at least 10 days prior you will receive a $70 gift certificate. If you cancel within 10 days, then you forfeit your deposit.

DATES

Call us to check if your date is available at 817-328-8788. Private parties may be booked for any date that does not already have a class scheduled on our Calendar page. However, if no one has signed up yet for a scheduled class, then we may be able to book it as private party. All party dates are subject to artist availability. 

CHOOSING A PAINTING

When you reserve a private party, you get to pick the painting for everyone! Our artist will guide all of your guests to paint the same image. Once you've made your deposit we will send you a link to our party management page to choose from over 2,000 paintings.

PARTY TIME

We open 30 minutes prior to your party time so you may set up and socialize. Please have your guests arrive at least 10 minutes early so the instructor may begin at your scheduled time.

KIDS' PARTIES

Painting parties for kids can only be booked on Saturday mornings. For kids 12 and under, paintings are limited to our easier 2-hour paintings, for which the cost is reduced to $25 per person. If you prefer to choose a painting from our entire gallery, then our regular adult prices will apply. All kids under 18 must be accomplanied by an adult.
