About This Event

This is a public event event benefitting ALL IS WELL FAMILY .This registered nonprofit offers a range of services including counseling, support groups, and educational resources to help victims of bullying and their families.

In our ongoing commitment to give back to our local communities, Painting with a Twist® proudly sponsors monthly fundraising events – Painting with a Purpose. To date, Painting with a Twist studios have donated over $4.8 million dollars to local non-profit organizations. We are committed to giving back to the local community, one painting at a time.

ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class in order to get checked in, get uncorked, get aprons on & in your seat before the party starts! Your instructor is required to start class on time!
BYOB: Our studio is a BYOB establishment so bring your favorite snacks and drinks of choice to enjoy! You must be at least 21 to consume alcohol in the studio.
SEATING: If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name or point person in the "Special Request" section. We'll seat you together!

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
PWAT reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. In this circumstance, registrants will be issued a refund.
Customers cancelling their reservation more than 48 hours in advance, will be issued a refund.
Customers cancelling less than 48 hours in advance will only be issued a store credit.
Customers that are "No shows" will not receive a refund or store credit.
Age Policy

Regular classes: 18 and up, 15 and older when accompanied by a painting adult. "Family Day" and "Open to All Ages" Classes: Kids and Adults (of all ages) are welcome to paint!

Guest must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.
Refund/Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

• We’re happy to provide a refund up to 48 hours prior to the event for regular classes.
• Any requests within 48 hours of the event can be transferred to Store Credit. This allows us to properly plan for and staff each class. Store credits are good for 90 days.
• Any requests within 2 hours of the event can be transferred to Store Credit at 50% of the amount paid. Store credits are good for 90 days.
• No Call / No Show = No Refund / No Store Credit

Paint Your Pet Cancellation Policy
• We’re happy to provide a refund up to 7 days prior to the event for Paint Your Pet classes.
• Any requests within 7 days of the event can be transferred to Store Credit. This allows us to properly plan for and staff each class. Store credits are good for 90 days.
• Any requests within 2 hours of the event can be transferred to Store Credit at 50% of the amount paid. Store credits are good for 90 days.
• No Call / No Show = No Refund / No Store Credit

Retail Sales
We do not provide store credits or refunds for retail purchases, which include Twist at Home kits and Pop in and Paint reservations.
Items ordered and not picked up within one week will be returned to inventory or donated.
