 Benefits of a Private Party

  • You get to choose the painting for your party from our collection of over 18,000 paintings! Once your party is booked, we will email you a link to the gallery so that you can choose your painting. You will be able to choose from 2 hour paintings.  Three hour paintings are available upon request for an additional charge.
  • Custom paintings, like Paint Your Pet, are also available.  Contact us for pricing.
  • Paintings for kid's parties are available.
  • You can schedule your party any day of the week, space permitting. We have morning, afternoon and evening slots available 7 days a week.
  • You get your own private party room and your own artist-instructor.
  • No set up, no clean up - just show up!
  • Guests may bring their snacks and drinks of choice.

How do I reserve and pay for my party?

·       Go to the Private Party section of our website.

·       Complete the form.

·       Once you submit the form, we will reply back with the Party Agreement as well as a link for the party deposit.  The deposit is three seats and holds your time slot.

 

The Main Studio can accommodate a maximum of 48 guests. The Party Room can accommodate 26 guests.

For the months of September through May, the minimum number of painters required for private parties Friday and Saturday nights is twelve. The minimum number of painters required for private parties at all other times is ten.

The minimum number of painters required for a private Paint Your Pet party is 15 regardless of the day of the week or studio.

Please note that parties can have fewer than the minimum number of painters, but the minimum cost of the party is equivalent to the minimum number of painters required. This is the minimum cost for a private event.

The host of the party can secure a private party reservation with a non-refundable purchase of 3 seats.  

Once the private party has been booked and the painting is selected, the host/hostess will receive a passcode to distribute to guests. To make things easier on the host, we can give guests the option of paying individually online for their seats, or the host/hostess may pay with one payment for the party. If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the host will either be charged the balance of the minimum guests or the party will be converted to a public event.

If you only want to have a private event where you choose the painting, but do not want the additional time, ask us about hosting a VIP event!  You get private access to the Party Room, pick the painting, day, and time based on availability.  The minimum number of seats for a VIP Event is ten.

Additional Information for Kid Parties

Host a unique party for your child's birthday, Scout Troop, sports team, or dance class! Kids love painting here! Plus, kids leave with their complete masterpieces, so there is no need to come back and pick them up later. 

Kid parties are available any day or evening of the week, except Friday & Saturday nights.

Kids Party

Picasso 2.5 Hours

  •  1.5 hours of painting and 30 minutes of party time afterwards!
  • Your party room will be available for setup and check-in 30 minutes before the start time of your painting.
  • This package is for painters age 7 and up.
  • Selection of a 1.5 hour painting
  • $300 for up to 10 painters. Additional painters are $30 each.

 

Van Gogh 2 Hours

  •  1 hour of painting and 30 minutes of party time afterwards!
  • Your party room will be available for setup and check-in 30 minutes before the start time of your painting.
  • This package is for painters 5-7
  • Selection of a 1 hour painting
  • $270 for up to 10 painters. Additional painters are $27 each.

 

Adult Private Party: (13 and up) 3 Hours

  • 2 hours of painting plus 30 minutes of party time afterwards!
  • Your party room will be available for setup and check-in 30 minutes before the start time of your painting.
  • Additional time may be purchased when the event agreement is signed based on availability.  
  • Selection of a 2-hour painting 
  • $504 for up to 12 painters (Fri-Sat nights, September through May).  $420 for up to 10 painters all other times.
  • Additional painters are $42 each. 
  • 16x20 canvas.

VIP Event

  • 2 hours of painting
  • Selection of a 2 -hour painting
  • $390 for up to 10 painters. Additional painters are $39 each.
  • 16x20 canvas.
