Benefits of a Private Party:
- You get to select your favorite art from our library of over 14,000 paintings. A link will be emailed to the host after the party agreement has been signed.
- You may schedule your party any day of the week, space permitting. We have morning, afternoon and evening slots available.
- You'll have your own private party studio and your own artist-instructor.
- No set up, no clean up - just show up!
We provide all of the art supplies, and supply: plastic cups, napkins, paper plates. We also have a bottle opener, and corkscrew if needed. We do not supply ice or eating utencils. You may bring in a cooler with ice if you wish.
Guests may bring their snacks and drinks of choice.
If you are celabrating a birthday, don't forget those candles!
We have 2 studio's
Studio Benny can accommodate a maximum of 44 guests.
Studio Louie can accommodate a maximum of 28 guests.
The minimum number of painters required for private parties is 10 guests.
Kidz Parties may be early evening during the week or have a start time before 3:00 PM on the weekends.
The host of the party is required to pay a 2 seat deposit to secure the date and time of the private party. There is a 7 day cancellation policy, if the party is canceled with less than 7 days the host of the party will be charged and forfeit the 2 seat registration/reservation that was paid for. The mininum guest amont is required to be paid in full 7 days prior to the event. More people are permitted to attend and can be paid for up to the day of the event. The host of the party is responisible for the payment of the mininum guest amont regarless of attendance.
Once the private party has been booked and the painting is selected, the host/hostess will receive a passcode to distribute to guests. Hosts can also email or print custom invitations. Guests can then go online and individually pay and register for the private party, or the host/hostess may instead pay with one payment for the party.
Host a unique party for your child's birthday, Scout Troop, sports team, or dance class! Kids love painting here and they also love our dance breaks! Plus, kids leave with their complete masterpieces, so there is no need to come back and pick them up at a later date.
Kidz Parties are 1.5 hours painting time and 30 minute after the painting has been completed (to socialize, sing HBD and eat cake, etc) , for a total time of 2 hours. The host/hostess may arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the painting to finilaze any payment, set up, decorate, greet their guests coming in, etc.
We please ask that no confetti be used to decorate. Thank you in advance.
Extra time may be purchased at a rate of $50 per 1/2 hour, $100 per hour, etc. This must be paid for in advance and pre scheduled (not on the day of the party) to prepare and staff accordinly. We thank you in advace in your compliance with this policy.
Children under age 7 years- up to 10 painters $300 ($30 per painter). Canvas size is 11x14". The mininum of 10 guests musst be pid in full one week prior to the event.
This is our newest canvas size that we have been using for the younder children. We have found it to work much better for thier small hands.
Children age 8-12 years- up to 10 painters $330 ($33 per painter). Canvas size is 16x20".The mininum of 10 guests must be paid in full one week prior to the event.
Kidz parties are a total of 2 hours and can start as early as 10:30am-12:30pm (arrive at 10am to set up) up to the last time slot of (arrive at 2:30pm to set up) 3:00-5:00pm.
Adult painting time is 2 hours with an additional 30 minutes after the painting is completed (socialize, sing HBD, eat cake, etc.), for a total time of 2.5 hours. The host/hostess of the party may arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the painting portion of the class to finalize payment, set up, decorate, greet their guests coming in, etc.

Adult parties start at a price point- up to 10 painters 16x20' Canvas $430 ($43 per painter). This is the most popular choice, and increase up to $650 ($65 per painter) depending on surface/product selected.

Wine Glass set of 2, please request us to send the option to view the specific size, or product you want, or all other products in the "notes, or special requests" part of the form.

We offer Paint Your Pet as well!!! This is painted on a 16x20" canvas. The painting time for this is 3 hours for ta total class time of 3.5 hours for guests and 4 hours for the party host/hostess.
Price is $60pp with a mininum class size of 10 painters.
