About This Event

Our Private Party Events are ONE OF A KIND!!

We Book parties for many different occasions! Bachelorette Party, Bridal Shower, Birthday Party, Team Building events, Customer Appreciation Events and Holiday Party's to name a few. We can do Private Events in studio or off site! We offer a variety of Private Party Packages! A 8 person Minimum is a requirement if your booking your party from Sunday-Thursday, however if you would like to request Friday-Saturday, a 10 person minimum is required , due to high demand! However, if you don’t have the minimum, NOW WORRIES WE WILL WORK WITH YOU! To book a private party a 4 seat deposit is required to hold the date and time! Don't have enough painters? That's ok, call our owner Kerry at 317-650-4067 and she will work with you to figure a way to make it work for your Group.

Each Party is customized for each individual Host. With a Private Event, the Host choses their own artwork out of our list of over 11,000 pieces for your group to paint.

We have an awesome Lounge area and Bar that have wine, beer, soda and coffee etc available for purchase. ID is required to purchase alcohol.
Due to the State Law in Indiana, absolutely NO outside beverages, cups, bottles etc are allowed in the studio.

PAYMENT POLICY: To guarantee your party on our Calendar a 5 seat deposit is required. Go to https://www.paintingwithatwist.com/studio/carmel/requestparty/ to request your date and time! No spectators or children allowed.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Speak with Owner regarding cancellation Policy on Private Events.

Refund/Cancellation

The following is our cancellation policy for both Public and Private event guests.
Please contact our studio at least 24 hour prior to your class if you can not make your reservation. You will receive a studio credit to use at our Carmel studio for another class for the full amount. If it is less than 24 hours before your class, no store credit or refund will be given. To cancel a reservation, please call 317-810-1335. Please leave a message with class name and reservation name if you reach our voice mail - calls are date stamped so we will be able to handle call when in for office hours! You may also text the number as well!

Paint Your Pet reservations will receive a studio credit only when cancelling within 7 days of the event.
Painting with a Purpose does not allow refunds or studio credit within 48 hours of event to benefit the charity being honored in the event.
