Reservation Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change!

• Cancellations made 12–48 hours prior to the event will receive a studio credit valid toward a future event.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

For virtual events, cancellations, credits, or refunds cannot be issued once supplies have been picked up or shipped.
