Kayla was born in Yakima, WA, raised in Toppenish and is a proud member of the Yakama Tribe. She began drawing at the age of 5 and took her first art classes at the local YMCA. She enjoys water colors and oil based paints when creating at home. Although Kayla's favorite artists are traditional - Vincent VanGogh and Salvador Dali - she is the studio's quintessential millennial. When we asked what her greatest skill was she quickly proclaimed, "taking selfies"! However, we also appreciate her green thumb (look around the studio!) and her AWESOME Trivia creations! Kayla's kind demeanor and broad smile make her a crowd favorite!

Cathy has been an artist ever since she could hold a crayon! She studied art history and mixed media in college and loves to share her knowledge with others. Bringing out passionate creative expression in others is what drives her and nothing brings her more joy than seeing people fall in love with painting. At home she can be found painting, gardening and carrying for her foster cats. At the studio her favorite technique is splattering stars and snow flakes!
