Kayla was born in Yakima, WA, raised in Toppenish and is a proud member of the Yakama Tribe. She began drawing at the age of 5 and took her first art classes at the local YMCA. She enjoys water colors and oil based paints when creating at home. Although Kayla's favorite artists are traditional - Vincent VanGogh and Salvador Dali - she is the studio's quintessential millennial. When we asked what her greatest skill was she quickly proclaimed, "taking selfies"! The studio benefits from her green thumb (inside and out!) and her AWESOME Trivia creations! Kayla's kind demeanor and broad smile make her a crowd favorite!
