WE ARE NOW OPEN for IN-STUDIO events!! Book your Private Party (with a minimum 10 paid seats; 12 on Fri/Sat nights) or have your friends join you in any of our Open-to-the-Public Events IN-STUDIO!
We also still offer "TWIST AT HOME" kits (see "At Home Kits" tab to order), as well as LIVE Virtual Events for your group (at least 12 paid seats) via Zoom.
Kids/Teens Birthday Parties
Kids AGES 6+ LOVE painting at our family-friendly weekend events and at our kids'/teens birthday parties, and parents LOVE not having to do ANY of the work! Parents can enjoy visiting with friends or even paint during the party! Parties are 2 hours.
Birthday Party Package #1 includes a 1.5 hr painting for up to 10 painters, time for cake/food and opening gifts after painting is completed.
Pkg #2 includes a 2 hr painting (for a bit older kids/teens), opening presents/cake time is done after painting is completed, while artist is cleaning up.
Themed Trivia Events
Have a BLAST with fellow fans of a popular TV Series, a popular Movie Franchise, a Disney movie or Disney character, including The Office Building, Fountain Fun with Friends, The Child, Starry Knights, Golden Friends, Gazebo in the Park, Roll Initiative, etc. Test your knowledge & compete for prizes in Themed Trivia, wear (optional) themed costumes for prizes, enjoy themed music throughout the event, all while you create an image from that much-loved TV series or Movie Event. NO ART ABILITY NEEDED. Our crazy-fun artists often dress the part, to make it even more hilarious, while keeping you entertained as you sip, paint, laugh, trivia & enjoy the great camaraderie!!

Let us bring the party to you! We can customize the activities to fit your needs. On-location painting parties require prepayment for a minimum 15 seats. Our regular per-person painting prices apply (i.e. $37 for 16x20 canvas, $45 for Real Pine Wood Board, etc.), and an offsite fee of $75 will be charged to cover offsite-related labor expenses. Our artist brings the sound system & everything needed except tables and chairs.
Have Your Party or Get-Together in Any of our Open to the Public Calendar Events...NO minimum numbers required, no agreement to be signed, no deposit required! Just choose one & have all your attendees start signing up, listing your name as the group to be seated with. It's a "PARTY IN A LARGER PARTY"...the more, the merrier!!

We provide everything you need! Just have your friends show up at least 15-20 minutes early! The studio offers Wine, including local options, Beer, including IPA's, Mimosa (purchase these by the bottle), Mike's Hard Lemonade, White Claw, Starbucks Iced Frappucino, Hot Chocolate, Angry Orchard, Soda, etc., as well as snacks and Foods off our menu, including Charcuterie Board, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, & Giant Pretzels. We also offer complimentary hot coffee/iced water.
How do I reserve and pay for a private party?
If you have a minimum of 10 people, you can submit a party request under our Party Request Tab or call 509 413 9892 to set up a party. To pay for your party you can either set it up so everyone can register themself on our site and purchase their seat individually OR you can pay for the entire group with a $150 deposit up front with the balance due no later than two weeks before the event. If you'd like to extend your party for an hour longer, the charge to do so is $70. We recommend asking for this extension before the event; IF you decided to do so during your event, our ability to accomodate your request will depend on the timing of any event we have scheduled after yours.
What if I don't have 10 for a private event?
No problem! We offer you a VIP Party in ANY of our public events on the calendar: "a Party in a Larger Party". You'll have a separate table for your foods and will be seated together. Simply choose an existing event on the calendar, check with us for available seating, then ask your friends to start signing up (noting ON THE REGISTRATION TO BE SEATED with "YOUR GROUP'S NAME", i.e. "Providence ICU Nurses") and that's it! (If you REALLY want to choose the painting, you can do so IF the date you choose has a studio room that doesn't already have an event with signups.)
What are "Twist at Home" kits?
Go to "At Home Kits" on our website to order. Deadline to order At Home Kits is normally Wed night, but give us a call if you missed it. OVER 100 paintings are available with a pre-recorded video with step-by-step instruction by a Painting with a Twist artist. Many more are available without the video access, if you don't require it. You can access the video at your convenience and can also pause it as needed. Cost is $31 per painter, and you may order a different painting for each family member, if desired. Kits contain all needed supplies. Pick up is normally Thursday afternoons between 4 & 5:30pm, but let us know if you need a different time.
How does a Virtual Zoom Event work?
Call us at 509-413-9892 to set up this event, led LIVE by one of our artists here in the studio. Your group is sent a link to enter the Zoom event. Participants can see each other and can ask questions ALOUD/receive immediate answer from artist OR type in question in Chat Box and receive a prompt reply verbally from the artist. Same step by step instruction. These are same price as in-studio events and require a minimum of 12 paid seats.
If you must cancel, please let us know no later than 24 hours before the event and you will be given a store credit. We do not give refunds. A "no call, no show" situation will result in forfeiture of payment. A group of 5 or more must give notice of cancellation no later than 48 hours before the event in order to receive store credit. Verifiable emergencies are considered on a one-on-one basis.
