Make sure your next corporate event is with us! Painting in a group is a fun activity that bonds co-workers, boosts esteem and builds a sense of pride/loyalty in your team. You can bring foods or have your event catered. We also can provide sandwiches, spinach/artichoke dip & chips, or spa-quality wraps. You may also bring your own wine. Kids love painting at our birthday parties, and parents love not having to clean it up! The minimum age to attend is 6. For kids 7 and under, paintings are limited to our easier, 1.5-hour kids paintings, for which the cost is $25 per person. Older children usually prefer to choose a 2-hr painting, which are $35. Our 10 person, 1.5-hr painting, birthday package is $270, and we offer an 8-person birthday package for 2-hour paintings for $290. In addition to having lots of fun painting together, the kids get to play 1 or 2 fun games and get to take home a very special party favor....a unique painting they created themself!
Give your office the chance to eat cookies, drink eggnog, and be merry while painting your own art! You can choose to paint holiday art or everyday art. Either way, you can literally "deck the halls" with everyone's paintings. It's the instant cure for Office Beige Syndrome. Pick your own caterer, do a potluck, or purchase our spa-quality wraps or sandwich plates. Let us bring the party to you! We can customize the activities to fit your needs. On-location painting parties requires prepayment for a minimum 20 seats. Our regular per-person painting prices apply, and an offsite fee of $70 will be charged. (mileage also if over 15 miles from the studio)

Benefits of a Private Party
You select your own masterpiece to paint from our collection of 9000 paintings. A link will be emailed to you so that you can choose your painting! You will be able to choose from 2 hr ($35/person) or 3 hr ($45/person) canvas paintings or our new framed Screen Art (2.5 hr/$45). (See additional info for Kid's Birthday Parties below)
You can schedule your party pretty much 24/7.
You get your own private party room with a minimum of 15 paid seats after 5pm Fri/Sat and 10 paid seats any other time.
Prices are the same per person as our regular public classes.
No set up, no clean up - just sign up & show up!
We provide all of the art supplies! The studio bar offers soft beverages, select beer and wine, sodas, etc., as well as light snacks, wraps, sandwiches & chip/dip plates. We also offer complimentary coffee/iced water.
We will begin painting at the time scheduled, so ask your guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before start time.
Parties have 30 min before and after for set up/removal. A party exceeding the end time is subject to a service charge of $75 and an additional $75 for each additional 30 minutes over party end time. Party extensions are based on availability of space and management discretion.
How do I reserve and pay for my party?
You can submit a party request under our Party Request Tab or call 509 413 9892 to set up a party. To pay for your party you can either set it up so everyone can register themself on our site and purchase their seat individually OR you can pay for the entire group all at once.
Studio A can accommodate a maximum of 48 guests.
Studio B can accommodate a maximum of 36 guests.
What is the Requirement for Min Number of Painters?
The minimum number of paid seats required for private parties on Friday and Saturday evenings after 5pm is 15; all other times it is 10. Minimum required paid seats for Offsite Private Parties is 20.
The host of the party can secure a reservation with a credit card and their seat. There is a 7 day cancellation policy. We do not charge deposits, but the credit card will be charged a $150 cancellation fee if less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given. If the party is canceled less than 48 hours before the card will be charged the min amount of seats. If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the host/hostess credit card will be charged the balance to meet the minimum or the class will be opened to the public.
Once the private party has been booked and the painting is selected, the host/hostess will receive a passcode to distribute to guests. Hosts can also email or print custom invitations. Guests can then go online and individually pay and register for the private party, or the host/hostess may instead pay with one payment for the party.

We offer wine, beer, & mimosas for purchase. Ages 21 & up only may drink alcohol. We DO card. We no longer have a "Bring your own Wine" policy.
Ages 12 & up can attend all classes. We also offer family/kids classes for ages 6 & up every weekend, usually early Saturday afternoon.
