Art was always a hobby of mine since childhood, and I have many years of creative drawings and six years private lessons in oils. I received a AAS from DCCC, majored in Graphic Designs. I done many works of art in different mediums such as; oils, acrylics and charcoal. Picturesque Landscape’s and seascape’s, animals, portrait’s and still life. My artwork has been shown in many exhibits. I have created art in digital format and specialize in color theory. I’m inspired by R. Diebenkorn, and have done studies of his work. With those studies, I have painted many abstracts, (my passion) and have framed them myself from nine months of hands on training and they are hanging in my home.

Tara

Tara

As an artist, Tara loves exploring all sorts of creative avenues, including painting, crafting, and writing. She studied Fine Arts in college before transferring to SCAD in Savannah, GA to complete her studies in Architecture. After finishing her M. Arch degree, she proceeded to never work the field of architecture and realized that painting is a lot more fun than planning spatial layouts. Currently Tara is a SAHM who works on freelance and commissioned projects in her free time, with her favorite pieces being custom pet portraits. She also enjoys spending time with her family, their cats, and a grapefruit tree named Siegfried the Fig Tree.
