Our bar service is available and we have beer, wine, and a selection of cocktails available for purchase. Due to local city of Alpharetta ordinance OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED in our studio.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
48 hrs or more notice to cancel attendance = Full Refund
48 hours - 4 hours notice to cancel attendance = Option 1 or 2 will apply:
1) All events where the surface has been prepared in advance (Pre-Sketched) - Guests will receive a Twist at Home Kit for pickup at the next pickup date. No credit or refund - no exceptions.
2) All events where the surface did not need preparation in advance - No refund - a 2 month credit will be issued.
4 hours or less notice to cancel attendance = No refund / no credit

Note, all cancellation policies still apply to guests registered 48hrs or less to scheduled class time. Please leave a message if you are unable to speak to someone at the time of your call as our calls are all date and time stamped.

TWIST AT HOME KITS:
- No refund / credit

If you are late to the class, you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to reversed credit card transactions. Late candle makers will forfeit their candle making session - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Observers, Infants, & under-aged children are NOT ALLOWED. Everyone must be a paid participant to attend a paint party.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Classes may be cancelled if there are not enough registrations for the event. Registrants will be notified at least 2 hours prior to class time and refunded back to their original form of payment unless they choose store credit for future events.
