About This Event

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ:
Email us a HIGH RESOLUTION JPEG image (GREATER THAN 200 kb preferred) of the pet you wish to paint! Our artist will pre-sketch from the photo, and we will match the colors based on the photo unless otherwise noted. We recommend a TIGHT HEAD SHOT vs full body and remember, NOT BLURRY, WELL-LIT PHOTOS with a CONTRASTING BACKGROUND, especially with darker pets.

LIMIT to ONE (1) PET PER CANVAS ONLY.

NO DISCOUNTS MAY BE APPLIED WITH THIS EVENT.

ALL PHOTOS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE! EMAIL ALL PHOTOS TO:

This is limited class size and all payments must be made upon registration. Due to the "customizing" offered to each guest there will be no refunds. Any special promotions may not be "redeemed" for this event.

If you wish to be seated with friends PLEASE advise us upon making reservations.

As a courtesy to others please arrive 20-25 minutes prior. Late arrivals will miss important class instruction and should not expect individual "catch up" instruction from the instructor or assistant. THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSION OF CLASS TIME FOR LATE ARRIVALS.

Refund/Cancellation

More than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund. Less than 48 hours will receive a store credit. No calls made less than 2 hours before the reserved event, and no-shows will not receive a refund or credit.
