Why book a Painting Party?
Why Would I Want to Book a Private Party?
Booking a private party gives you access to over 10,000 paintings and a private room with your own dedicated artist. There’s no setup or cleanup required—you simply show up and enjoy the experience. You’ll also have access to the party room 30 minutes before and after class time to decorate and celebrate.
What Kind of Parties Do You Book?
We host a wide variety of parties, including birthdays for adults and children seven and older, bachelorette parties, date nights, baby showers, Bible study groups, office or co-worker parties, team building events, graduation celebrations, homeschool enrichment, and organization gatherings such as Red Hat, Bunko, Junior League, Girl Scouts, and civic groups. We also welcome field trips, Girl’s Night Out, Guy’s Night Out, and neighborhood get-togethers.
For premium private events, we offer black light painting, paint your pet sessions, paint pours, and trivia nights. Upgrades such as wood porch leaners, DIY candle making, and glitter with fairy lights are also available.
When Can I Have a Party?
Private parties are available seven days a week. We recommend booking early if you would like to request a specific artist.
Who Selects the Painting for My Private Party?
You can select from over 15,000 paintings in our library. After booking, you’ll receive an Event Management Link to access the library and browse calendars of other locations for inspiration. Let us know if you have a specific theme in mind, and we’ll help you make it happen.
How Do I Reserve a Spot for My Party?
You can reserve your party directly from our website or by filling out a “Party Request” form.
What is the Cost Per Person? How Do My Guests Register?
The cost is $41 per person for a two-hour painting session. To reserve the room, an $80 event deposit is required. Guests register online via a link and password set up by the host. Minimum painter requirements are six for Monday through Thursday and ten for Friday through Sunday.
Do You Offer Children’s Parties?
Yes! Birthday children must be turning at least six, and adults are welcome to paint alongside the children. You may bring your own decorations, cake, and beverages, with juice boxes recommended. Completed paintings double as party favors for each guest.
