No set up, no clean up… just show up!! We’ll do all the “housecleaning” for you!
The party room is available 30 minutes before and after class time to decorate and celebrate.
What Kind of Parties Do You Book?
We reserve all kinds of parties and get togethers! If you can think of a reason to get with your friends and paint, that is a reason enough for a private party! But just in case you need a little help, here are some ideas:
Birthday parties (both adult and children 7+ see restrictions); Bachelorette parties, Date Night, Baby showers, Bible Study groups, Office/Co-worker parties, Team Buildings, Graduation parties, Homeschool enrichment, Organization parties (Red Hat, Bunko, Junior League, Girl Scouts, Civic), Field trips, Girl's Night Out, Guys’ Night Out, Neighborhood get togethers….
Ask about our new premium private events like black light, paint your pet, paint pour and trivia. We have premium upgrades like wood porch leaners, DIY candle making, glitter, and fairy lights.
The list goes on! If you can think it up, we’ve probably done it! Our hosts are pretty creative in thinking up reasons to paint and sip!
When Can I Have a Party?
Your private party can be booked any 7 days of the week. The sooner you let us know you would like to book a paint party, the better we can plan, especially if you would like to request a specific artist for your party.
Who Selects the Painting for My Private Party?
You may select the picture you would like to paint from our library of over 15,000 paintings. After booking your private party with us, we will send you a Event Management Link which will give you access to our online library of artwork. You may also view some of the painting options by browsing through the calendars of other Painting with a Twist locations. If you are looking for a particular theme, please let us know. We can assist you in selecting the right painting for your party.
How Do I Reserve a Spot for My Party?
Book directly from our website or fill out a "Party Request.”
What is the Cost Per Person? How Do My Guests Register?
Depending on the painting you chose, the cost will be $41/pp for a 2-hr painting and $51/pp for a 3-hr painting. The Host pays an event deposit of $150.00 to reserve the room. Guests may register online through a link and password that the Host sets up through the Party Management Link provided after the party has been booked. The minimum number of 10 painters Monday through Thursday, and 12 painters on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Reservations must be paid 7 days in advance. If the party is in less than 7 days, we will discuss the details at the time of set up.
Do You Offer Children’s Parties?
Why, of course!! Birthday boy or girl must be turning at least 6 along with all children attending. Please contact the studio for pricing on kids events. Adults are welcomed to paint with the birthday boy or girl as well! You bring in any table decorations, balloons, cake/cupcakes, and beverages (juice boxes are perfect!) for the birthday party! We will take time for eating and chatting it up with their friends! And best of all! You don’t have to provide a party favor because their completed painting IS their party favor!
If you want to put on your own, fabulous Private Paint Party event, we do require a minimum amount of 10 or 12 guests. We require an event deposit of $150.00 and the minimum number of guests must be paid 7 days prior to the party. Then reservations can continue to be paid up until the day of the party. We do set up prior to your arrival so we prefer to know the number of guests attending prior to your arrival. Gift Certificates that were donated by PWAT for charity events are not valid for private party deposits or minimums.
