Important Information – Please Read Before Your Event
We’re so excited to welcome you to a fun and creative experience! To help things run smoothly and ensure everyone has a great time, please review the following important information:
Seating
Seating for private parties is first-come, first-served. We do not assign or reserve seats in advance, so we recommend arriving early if you’d like to sit with specific friends or family members. Our studio space is cozy and inviting—grab your favorite spot when you arrive and get ready to paint, sip, and have a blast!
Arrival & Start Time
Class instruction begins promptly at the scheduled start time. To make the most of your experience, we ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes early to check in, grab your apron, pour a drink, and settle in.
Please note:
• Late arrivals may miss key instructions and disrupt the flow of class.
• Out of respect for all our guests, we are unable to offer individual catch-up sessions.
• If your group needs additional time beyond the scheduled session, extra time is available at $50 per half-hour, billed in advance.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Life happens—we get it! Here’s our cancellation policy to keep things fair:
• 48+ hours notice: Receive a refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
• 24–48 hours notice: Receive store credit for a future class.
• Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or credits.
This policy allows us to prepare the best possible experience for all guests while respecting the time and resources involved in setting up your event.
