Your Twist at Home Kit will include: (1) 10.5x47" Wooden Porch Leaner NO Brushes All the paint colors needed to create the painting that you selected. (1) Paper Plate (your paint pallet) and paper towels Printed instructions that will guide you step-by-step how to create your masterpiece while having FUN! * Some art selections come with a video complement. If you've chosen artwork with a video complement, the video link will be emailed once kit(s) are picked up and will expired in 30 days. Curbside pickup is available Tuesday and Thursdays at 6:00pm - 9:00pm and on Saturday, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. Simply text us at 215-633-7928 when you arrive and we will bring your Twist at Home kit out to your car! -- 6% sales tax will be added to the purchase price -- There are no refunds or store credits for Twist at Home kits. This includes kits that have not picked up within 30 days of purchase.

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

Refund or store credit policy: There are NO refunds for Twist at Home kits or for Virtual Events Full refund for reservations for in studio events (public classes) with 48 hours' notice. Store credit will be issued for in studio events (public classes) with 24 hours' notice. No refunds or store credit will be issued for less than 24 hours' notice, for "No Calls / No Shows", and for guests who arrive over 15 minutes late for an event. Rescheduling a class is the same as issuing a store credit and can not be offered for cancelations with less than 24 hours notice as with short notice we may not be able to fill the empty seats with paying customers. There is no "rescheduling" with less than 24 hours notice. No exceptions, not even COVID related. Private Parties- Seven days' notice must be given for all reservations made for any Private Event in studio to receive a refund. With less than 7 days' notice, the host of the event will loss the 2-seat deposit that was paid to secure the date/time of the event. No exceptions. This is to pay for the time used to plan the event. *The host of the party is responsible for the minimum guest amount (10 people) regardless of attendance. If you must cancel, please notify the host of the party.
