Alisha

Alisha was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She’s been in love with fine arts all her life; growing up singing in choir, playing in band, writing poetry and books, drawing and painting. While staying at home raising her three children, she wrote and published 13 children’s books and adult fiction. She loves to garden and travel with her husband, Michael. She is happiest in her own backyard; tending to her garden, painting outside and enjoying her three children and 2 grandchildren. She’s addicted to painting and loves teaching others the thrill of bringing a canvas to life. She’s worked as an artist in the Mesquite, Cedar Hill, Rockwall and Dallas studios and can’t wait to share her passion for Painting with a Twist with all who visit the Cedar Hill studio.

Annalisa

I'm a self-taught watercolor, acrylic, oil and graphic artist. I just graduated from Dallas College with a degree in the Arts and was awarded the 2025 Dallas College artist residency at the Hilton Anatole. I love to read, play guitar and piano. I adore the Beatles and Radio Head! I also love to crochet and make pottery. I hope to see you in the studio soon!

Benjamin

Benjamin is a senior at Vanguard High School studying Construction Technology. He excels on the Archery Team, Kickball Team and Catapult Team and has won competitions in all three! He loves to build tiny homes, picnic tables and cutting boards. He is an amazing assistant in the studio with a giant smile and lots of jokes!

Hi, I’m Grace! I’m an artist and painter at Painting with a Twist, where I get to help people have fun and get creative with a paintbrush. I love traveling, thrifting for cool vintage pieces, and putting together fun outfits. Art and fashion are my favorite ways to express myself, and I’m always inspired by the people and places I come across on my adventures.

Jennifer

Ready for a seriously fun art adventure? Meet Jennifer Estes, our awesome artist who's been head-over-heels for art and design her whole life! Jennifer is a super-talented Mixed Media Artist who specializes in all things fantasy and whimsical, blending paints, fabrics, papers, and pastels into pure magic. When she's not helping you discover your artistic side, Jennifer's personal studio is probably buzzing with her incredible hobbies. Seriously, this woman does it all! From cozy sewing and intricate hand embroidery to crafting her own paper and binding books, she's a creative powerhouse. Oh, and did we mention she also does Pysanky (that's dazzling Ukrainian Egg Art!) and gorgeous floral design? Yeah, she's that cool. Jennifer's biggest joy at Painting with a Twist is "watching a new painter's face light up when they realize they can create a beautiful painting!" She's a firm believer that creativity is pure magic and that painting is basically a hug for your soul. So, grab a brush and let Jennifer help you paint your stress away!
