Orders will be processed within 48 - 72 hours and scheduled with customers for next available pick up day. PUBLIC EVENTS: ~ Event registration cancellations made within 48 hours are subject only to a credit. Sorry – no credits for no-shows or cancellations made less than*** 2 HOURS *** before the event start. PRIVATE PARTIES: Guests that need to cancel seat can receive a credit for future use. No refunds are allowed, sorry, no exceptions. Any no-show guests WILL NOT be given a refund or store credit for their seats. Public art parties are occasionally subject to cancellation if we receive fewer than 5 registrations. Should it be cancelled, we will send a Cancellation Notice 4–6 HOURS BEFORE the intended event time. At that point, you’ll have the option to receive a full refund or a credit towards another event. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: If Bottle & Bottega cancels an event due to extreme weather, you will receive a FULL REFUND or CREDIT towards a future event. If Bottle & Bottega is open, but you are unable to get to us due to weather conditions, you may transfer your reservation to another event, but must call 6 hours prior to the event start time to let us know.
