About This Event

OFFSITE INSTRUCTOR LED PAINT & SIP EVENT: On location at
SILBLING REVELRY
29305 Clemens Road Westlake, Ohio 44145

(1) drink ticket is included per ADULT reservation! (beer, wine, seltzer only)

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
- Guests must reserve and pay for a seat in this class prior to arrival. We cannot register for any class at the door
- Check for an email confirmation to ensure registration has been processed
- Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced. See Cancellation Policy tab below

ARRIVAL TIME:
- Doors open 30 minutes before event start time for 'Happy Half Hour'
- Instruction begins promptly on time
- Late Arrivals: No credit / refund

AGE POLICY: This class is recommended for guests ages 8 and up.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- No infants / small children allowed in any event

SITTING WITH FRIENDS:
- Choose one name for your group and have all guests say they are sitting that group when registering (i.e sit with Bob)

CANCELLATION POLICY
48 hours or more notice to cancel attendance in class: Full Refund.
48 hours - 4 hours notice to cancel attendance in class: No Refund. A Complimentary Credit will be issued valid 3 months from issue date.
4 hours notice or less to cancel attendance in class: No Refund/No Credit.
Reservations made within 48 hours of class time are subject to the cancellation policy as stated.
Events with low reservations may cancel - we issue credit or full refund at your request.
Age Policy

8yrs and up allowed when accompanied by an adult. All guests require a paid reservation. Observers, Infants, & Young Children not permitted during any class time
Payment

This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.
Refund/Cancellation

CANCELLATION POLICY PWAT NORTH OLMSTED:
- 48 hrs or more notice to cancel attendance = Full Refund
- 48 hours - 4 hours notice to cancel attendance: Option 1 or 2 will apply:
1) All events where the surface has been prepared in advance (Pre-Sketched):
- Guests will receive a Twist at Home Kit for pickup at the next pickup date. No credit or refund
2) All events where the surface did not need preparation in advance:
- No refund. 3 month credit will be issued

Giving 4 hours notice or less to cancel attendance:
- No refund / no credit
- Cancellation policy still applies to guests registered 48hrs or less to scheduled class time

TWIST AT HOME KITS:
- No refund / credit

PRIVATE EVENTS:
- No credit or refund issued if private event has not met minimum registration (10 guests or 15 guests on Friday and Saturday PM)
- If minimum is met, standard cancellation policy applies
- Private Event hosts and/or guests needing to cancel due to covid will receive credit only (no refunds) within the 14 day cancellation window

LATE ARRIVALS:
- We begin and end on time for all classes. No refund or credit issued for late arrivals

PAINT YOUR PET:
- See class description for details

BAD WEATHER POLICY:
- Weather conditions based on conditions within a 10 mile radius around our studio
- If a weather emergency is declared or there are poor road conditions, class will be cancelled and complimentary credit will be issued to all registered guests valid 3 months from issue date
- If roads are clear and no weather advisory, class is held as usual. No refunds issued
