Alcohol Policy

We are BYOB with a FULL liquor license. Bring whatever you like! (Must be at least 21 to consume alcohol in the studio) Wine Openers available.***IF BRINGING ICE, YOU MUST HAVE AN ICE CHEST. Buckets are not approved for ice.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

Our staffing and supplies are planned according to the number of guests. Our studio operates much like a concert, theater, or sporting event.

Cancellations must be made with 48 HOURS advanced notice and will be offered a payment refund LESS a 10% REFUND or a store credit. If you cancel within 24 hours of scheduled class there is no refund or store credit, please call studio +1 (321) 652-7117 for extenuating circumstances. In some cases 1/2 store credit may be issued. **Store credits are valid for 30 days from the date of the event not attended. ***Please leave a message if calling after hours.

Guests needing to switch their reservations to a different calendared class can do so ONLY ONCE (with 48hr advanced notice). Refunds from an already switched class are minus a 15% refund fee.

For NO SHOW-NO CALL notice, we do NOT issue store credits or refunds, as these seats could have been reserved by others if we were notified. We realize sometimes situations arrise that are not foreseeable, however we are not able to accommodate all of the requests we receive due to personal situations. We do so hope you understand our position. *If your group or party arrives & tells us you are not coming to class, that is considered a NO SHOW-NO CALL.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time and full refunds will be processed.

ALL Twist at Home Kit Sales are FINAL. There are no Refunds or Store Credits.
