You'll get a space all to yourselves, the undivided attention of one of our expert entertainer-instructors, and all the privacy you need to laugh, sip, and have fun. Required Minimum Guests and Studio Capacity

We require a minimum of 6 paid seats. If you have fewer than 6 people in your group, you can opt to receive take-home painting kits in lieu of filling seats with people.

We have three rooms in our studio with the following capacities:

Small Party Room = 6
Medium Party Room = 20
Main Studio/Large Party Room = 40

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I get to pick my own art? Absolutely! During the planning process, you'll gain access to a gallery with narrowed-down options based on your painting surface, then simply choose your favorite! We have thousands of great art options!
Can I bring my own food and drinks? You can bring in any food you like, as well as non-alcoholic beverages. BYOB is not permitted, per Colorado law, but we have a wide variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase in our in-studio Inspiration Bar.
What if I want extra time for cake or mingling? No problem! Some packages already include extra time, but you can also opt to add more time as an add-on to your package.
Can I create my own custom package? Of course! Just email us at studio116@paintingwithatwist.com or call/text us at 719-358-7758 to create a package that fits your needs and desires.
Do we have to use 16x20 canvases? Nope! Our 16x20 canvases are what you get with each package by default, but we have a bunch of other options to choose from, including different sizes of canvases and wood boards, as well as glass products such as candle vessels, vases, wine glasses, and more. You can even choose a knitting project instead of painting if you like! Choosing another option may change the per-person cost, but let us know what you're looking for, and we'll let you know what the difference would be.
We don't have a minimum of 6 people. What are our options? There are several options available. One option is to choose take-home kits for the amount of people you're missing (they don't have to be the same art!). Another option, if you have at least 4 people attending, is to work with us to choose art to add to our public calendar at the date and time you want to paint. You may not have the place all to yourself, but you may also make some new friends! If you don't have at least 4 people, we recommend choosing an event that's already on our public calendar and inviting your friends to join you. Whether you have your own private party or join a public one, it's still a fun time!
