Traditional Class: Should you need to cancel your reservation, we are happy to offer store credit to use on a future class or kit. Cancellations must be requested no later than 1hr before the scheduled class start time to receive full credit. Store credit will expire 1 calendar year from the date of issuance. We staff and prepare supplies according to reservations. Thank you for understanding that as a small business, we must be firm with this policy. Cancellations within 1hr of class start time will receive a partial credit (minus a used supply/overhead fee of $10 per person unless otherwise noted.) No call/no shows will not receive a refund or store credit.
Splatter Room Reservations: Cancellations made more than 3 hours in advance of your Splatter Session receive a full credit good towards a future event. Cancellations or changes to guest count made 3 hours or less in advance of your Splatter Session will receive a partial credit (minus a 15% Overhead processing fee) Rescheduling less than 3 hours in advance of your Splatter Session is an option minus the 15% fee. Once you have rescheduled your Splatter Session, you are no longer subject to a credit if you cancel your rescheduled time, even if before 3 hours.
If we are unable to hold the class/event or complete your order due to any fault on our behalf, a County Mandate, or due to severe weather, we will make every effort to provide you with an alternative option. Options will first include rescheduling the class to a later date/time, Converting the class/event to a Virtual experience, shift your reservation to any future class (at this studio or the West/Garden of the gods studio) or issue you a full credit good towards any future class or kit purchase.
Special considerations may be available on a case-by-case basis for a partial refund should none of the alternative options suffice. If a refund is issued, it will be subject to a 15% processing fee.
