What are your Covid Safety Procedures?

  • We are following CDC guidelines for cleaning. Bleach/Lysol on floors, medical grade cleaning spray & lysol for stools, tables, aprons and all other equipment. We have many 6ft tables in our studio that we arrange per class so every individual, couple or group, that feels comfortable sitting together, will have their own table and area 6ft+ away from other guests. We are following resturant rules as far as mask wearing goes, You must wear a mask in common areas of our studio, these areas are everywhere but your own personal table. At your table you may take your mask off if you feel comfortable.  If you have any queations or concerns PLEASE call the studio.

Can i bring a drink other than wine?

  • YES! Beer, wine and spirits are not off limits. You're also welcome to bring food and snacks to enjoy while you paint. 

What art supplies do you provide?

  • We provide everything you need! You will have your own art station with a stool, apron, easle, canvas, brushes, water cup, napkins and a talented instructor to walk you through your painting.

Do i need to bring anything?

  • We provide wine cups, solo cups and napkins. We have a bar with cork screws and an ice bucket. Please bring your own ice.

When are your classes published?

  • Classes are published the first of the previous month.

Can i suggest paintings?

  • We will take painting suggestions into consideration as long as there are no classes going on for the date/time being considered, or there are no reservations for the class currently on the calendar.

Do i have to pay for a seat if i'm just there to watch or help my child?

  • You only pay for the seat that is painting. You are more than welcome to stay and help your child or pay for your seat and join in on the fun! 

Do you offer classes offsite (outside of the studio)?

  • Yes, we do. We do have a minimum headcount required, but please call us for more details.

What is your refund policy?

  • "No call no show" reservations will not receive any credits or refunds.
  • If you made a group reservation, it is up to you to notify us AHEAD of time if someone from your party cannot attend. We will not accept notification when you arrive as we've already set up for all attendees.
  • 24 hour "Email" notice or phone call is required for refunds. Day of "Email" or call notice to receive store credit.
  • Custom Paintings, ie. Paint Your Pet/Portrait/House/Open Studio, etc. we will not offer a refund, rather, we will give you a store credit to come back and visit our studio.
  • If you cancel a class in which a gift certificate was used for the reservation, we will not issue you another gift certificate. 
  • If we have to cancel a class due to lack of interest we will refund the full amount.

Can you hold my seat and i pay when i arrive?

  • We are sorry, but no. We've seen that most people don't show up when they have not paid. This takes away from folks who want to attend.

Can i walk in, pay and join a class?

  • You can, but we cannot guarantee you a seat as we make sure our prepaid guests gets accomodated first. Addtionally, when we have a big class, it takes alot of preparation time. We want to make sure we are adequately prepared before class starts to provide the best experience possible.

Is your location wheelchair accessible?

  • Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. If you need special accomodations please call are studio so we can assist in anyway possible.

How many people are required for a class to happen?

  • At our studio we require a minimum of 4 people for a class to stay active. If a class has to be cancelled you can chose to switch to another class or recieve a refund. Thank you for understanding.
