*BYOB: Drinks & food! We provide cups, napkins & bottle openers. We do NOT provide ice or eating/serving utensils. You MUST be at least 21 to consume alcohol (beer and wine only) in the studio.

WE ASSIGN SEATING so If you'd like to be seated with another guest please let us know in the SPECIAL REQUEST section of registration. We cannot guarantee seating changes upon your arrival. We will start a count down when there are 10 seats left to book!

ARRIVE: 5-10 minutes early to check in and get settled with your refreshments! We will begin painting promptly on time!

*There is a Walk-In Up-Charge/Extra Fee if Pre-Sketch is necessary.

REFUNDS: NO REFUNDS. We do not refund. We require 48 hours advance notice by phone/text or email for cancellations in order to receive a store credit to be used at a future date. No calls/no shows will not be issued store credit. STORE CREDITS/CANCELLATIONS HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.

We do allow tips! Feel free to tip your lovely artists via cash or the apps!

Refund/Cancellation

No Refunds! We require 24 hours advance notice by phone or email for cancellations in order to receive a store credit to be used at a future date. No calls/no shows will not be issued store credit. Groups of 5 or more must cancel 72 hours before the date of the class if the entire group is planning to cancel. Please leave a voice message if calling after hours, (864) 552-1222
If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited. For refund policy for Parties please see Party Info.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified.
