Why book a Painting Party?

Whether it's birthday, holiday, engagement, marriage, anniversary, graduation, promotion, team building or passing your finals, sometimes there's a need for celebration. That also goes for just wanting to have a good time any day of the week, you know, celebrating life! You pick the date and time and we're ready!

Private parties need to be booked at least one week in advance.  If your requested event is within a week's time, we will offer an open class to your guests, while still giving you the benefit of selecting your date, time, and painting...  if the calendar allows.  Private parties can be booked either for a two-hour class at $37. - $45.00 per person or a three-hour class at $45.00 - $65.00 per person.  Pricing is determined by canvas size and if a presketch is required. All classes begin at the scheduled time which you get to set, providing it doesn’t conflict with another party already scheduled. Please have your guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to allow time for checking in, setting up and making yourselves at home.

Private pARTies require a minimum of 12 guests. The maximum we can comfortably accommodate is 45. As the host of the private party, it is your responsibility to make sure you have the minimum number attending. You will be charged for the minimum amount of the class if the attendance does not reach the minimum. If you don't think you'll have the minimum number required, all you need is six friends to select a painting for any given day, but we'll leave it as an open class. Just let us know before booking a private party if that option works best for you.  

A deposit is required for reservation to secure your selected date, time and will be credited to the overall cost of your party. The deposit pays for the first 3 seats in your party and holds your spot on our calendar.

Once a deposit is received and your party form filled out, we'll add it to our calendar for reservation. We will then email you a link to view all our paintings. There are thousands to choose from! Once your painting is selected, you will be able to make invitations to send out to your guests. You’ll also be able to see which guests have signed up prior to the party.

We allow a 30-minute grace period from the time the instructor is finished teaching the painting. An additional studio fee of $50.00 may be added to your cost if your guests fail to arrive by the time class starts, or if your group exceeds the 30-minute grace period at the end of class. We will provide all the supplies you will need such as paint, brushes, easels, canvases and aprons. We also have a supply of wine openers, plastic cups and napkins for your use. You’re welcome to bring beverages of choice, but keep in mind, we do not supply ice. You can also bring any snacks or food you would like. There’s no limit on what you can bring!
