- We provide all of the art supplies, as well as cups, napkins, paper plates, and corkscrews.
- Guests may bring their snacks and drinks of choice.
- Virtual options available so you can bring geographically diverse people together for an online paint party.
- Virtual options take fundraising to a whole new level because studio capacity limits do not apply.

***DURING THE PANDEMIC*** There is a cap of 18 guests total in the studio at this time.
There is a temporary 8 person minimum***
Party Room A can accommodate a maximum of 48 guests. Normal minimum is 12 guests.
Party Room B can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests. Normal minimum is 10 guests.
Pricing for Canvas Surface Events
- 2-hour painting: 10+ guests @ $39/seat; 8-9 guests @ $42 seat; Less than 8 seats: you pick the painting but event is public and you will have your own section of the room.
- 3-hour painting: 10+ guests @ $49/seat; 8-9 guests @ $40 seat; Less than 8 seats: you pick the painting but event is public and you will have your own section of the room.
- 1-1/2 hour (kids) painting: 10+ guests @ $30/seat; 8-9 guests @ $32 seat; Less than 8 seats: you pick the painting but event is public and you will have your own section of the room.
Pricing for Other Surfaces
- Screen Art: $45/seat
- MDF Cutout or Board: $42/seat
- Real Wood Board: $49/seat
- Porch Leaner: $60/seat
- Wine Glass Set of 2 $39/seat
Deposits, equal to and assigned to 3 seats, are not refundable. The host/hostess of the party can secure a reservation with a credit card. There is a 7 day cancellation policy. There is a cancellation fee if less than 7 days notice of cancellation, equal to your deposit. If the seat minimum requirement is not met for the party on the day of the event, the host/hostess credit card will be charged for each person under the minimum and issued store credit for the unused seats.
Once the private party has been booked, the host/hostess will receive a passcode to distribute to guests. Guests can then go online and individually pay and register for the private party, or the host/hostess may instead pay with one payment for the party.
The host/hostess must make painting selection 7 days prior to event. Any changes made to painting selection after 7 day period, host/hostess will be a charged a $20 fee with credit card on file.
