Pickup kits at our Homewood studio Wednesday-Friday from 2pm - 4pm or by appointment. Kits ordered before 12pm are ready the same day! Curbside Pickup is available. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: PUBLIC EVENTS: Cancellation Policy • We’re happy to provide a refund up to 48 hours prior to the event less a $5 processing fee. • Requests within 48 hours of the event can be transferred to Store Credit. • Any requests within 2 hours of the event can be transferred to Store Credit at 50% of the amount paid. • No Call / No Show = No Refund / No Store Credit PRIVATE PARTIES: Guests that need to cancel seat can receive a credit for future use. No refunds are allowed, sorry, no exceptions. Any no-show guests WILL NOT be given a refund or store credit for their seats. ~ Please note refund/store credits are not allowed on painting kit purchases. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: If Bottle & Bottega cancels an event due to extreme weather, you will receive a FULL REFUND or CREDIT towards a future event. If Bottle & Bottega is open, but you are unable to get to us, you may transfer your reservation to another event, but must call 6 hours prior to the event start time to let us know.
