All classes after 6pm must be ages 18 or older however guests 10 and up may paint with a paid adult painter (please no infants, toddlers or children in these classes). Family classes are ages 5 and up, daytime classes are 8 and up.

Alcohol Policy

BYOB must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol in our studio.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: If you notify the studio more than 48 hours from your reservation date, a full refund will be issued upon request minus a 10% credit card processing fee.
If you notify the studio 47 to 6 hours from your reservation date a studio credit good for 90 days will be issued for your use towards a future class.
If you notify the studio less than 6 hours of your scheduled session no refund or credit will be issued.
Cancellation of a private party requires a 7-day notice.

For a reservation of 10 or more painters a 4 day notice of cancellation is required for refund. Reservations will be converted to Twist At-Home, and no refund or Store Credit will be issued. (Please email us: studio291@paintingwithatwist.com, if cancelation is after hours.)

No refund or credit will be given to NO SHOWS.

Private Event Hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined in your Private Event Agreement signed by host.

Bad Weather: Class will be cancelled if a weather emergency is declared .Otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests. Please see our website for updates in a case of questionable weather.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more late you may not be allowed to paint and lose the registration fee. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time and we will have a blast!

Occasionally, it is necessary for us to cancel a class due to lack of participant. In such cases, a full refund will be offered or class credit for a future event.

For Private Parties, the host of the party can secure a reservation with a credit card. There is a 10 day cancellation policy. Your credit card will be charged a $150 cancellation fee if less than 10 days notice of cancellation is given. If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the host/hostess credit card will be charged the balance to meet the minimum.
