Why book a Painting Party?
How do I reserve my party?
We ask for a 7 day notice to book a party but recommend 2-3 weeks in advance as time slots fill up quickly.
Just click the "Book Your Party" button at the top of the page, fill out the request form, and we'll get in touch with you!
The deposit will be due at the time of booking, once we receive your deposit we will send our Gallery to select a painting and the link to send to your guests.
Offsite Party

Rooms/Minimum Requirements
All private events require an 8 person minimum. Our smaller room holds up to 22 painters and our larger room holds up to 36 painters.
Adult Party Package
Classic - $44/person - Includes Private room, access to the artwork gallery, access to our music the day of. (2 hour party)
Signature - $49/person - Includes everything in the Classic Package as well as extra 30 minutes of party time and Blacklight Experience. (2.5 hour party)
Premium - $60/person - Includes everything in the Classic Package as well as extra hour of party time, Blacklight Experience, and DIY Candle Making. (3 hour party)
Kids Party Package
Classic - $29/person - Includes Private room, access to the artwork gallery, access to our music the day of. (1.5 hour party)
Signature - $44/person - Includes everything in the Classic Package as well as an extra 30 minutes of party time, DIY Slime, and the Blacklight Experience. (2 hour party)
Premium - $59/person - Includes everything in the Classic Package as well as an extra hour of party time, DIY Slime, the Blacklight Experience, Special birthday gift, and decor with a custom painted banner. (2.5 hour party)

$3/person - Glitter to add to your artwork
$15/person - DIY Slime making
$20/person - DIY Candle making
$25 (one time charge) - Extra 30 minutes of party time
$35 (one time charge) - Blacklight Experience
$50 (one time charge) - Extra 60 minutes of party time
$125 (one time charge) - Decor Package
Fees/Guest Payments
We require a non-refundable 2 seat deposit at the time of booking your party. Once the deposit is received with the party info, we'll send your Party Management Link which will allow you to browse our painting options to select your favorite, keep track of RSVPs/reservations, and create a custom digital invitation.
The minimum spots must be paid for at least 7 days prior to your party. If we cannot get a hold of the host or the host refuses to pay, the party will be rescheduled or cancelled.
Cancellation/Studio Time
We have a 7-day cancellation policy in the form of store credits only. If the party is cancelled you forfeit your deposit.
We can allow you to reschedule your party for a later date depending on availability.
We allow 30 minutes prior to your “paint” time and 15 minutes after as extra studio time for you and your guests. Please arrive on time to allow for the artist to start and finish within the time period. Please be respectful of those that have parties scheduled following yours.
If a guest pays and does not show or cancel within the cancellation time then they will not automatically receive a store credit.
