Why book a Painting Party?
How do I reserve a spot for my party?
We do require at least a 7 day notice to book a party but recommend 2-3 weeks in advance as time slots fill up quickly.
Just click the "Book Your Party" button at the top of the page, fill out the request form, and the Manager will get in touch with you!
The deposit will be due at the time of booking, once we recieve your deposit we will send our Gallery to select a painting and the link to send to your guests.
Our location offers two rooms. Our Main Room can accommodate up to 40 painters and our Party Room can accommodate up to 20 painters.
All private events require a 10 person minimum.
We require a deposit at the time of booking, $88 deposit for adult parties and $58 deposit for child parties. This deposit is non-refundable, but is used to pay for two guests of your party. If the party is cancelled you forfeit your deposit.
90 minute Kid Party (ages 5-13) $29/painter.
2 hour Adult Party (ages 14 and up) $44/painter.
2 hour Blacklight Party $47/painter.
3 hour Paint your Pet $60/painter.
The minimum spots must be paid for at least 7 days prior to your party. If we cannot get a hold of the host or the host refuses to pay then we will open the class up to the public and the painting is subject to change. Once this is done then we cannot change the class back to a private party.
We have a 7-day cancellation policy in the form of store credits only. If the party is cancelled you forfeit your deposit.
We can allow you to reschedule your party for a later date depending on availability.
We allow 30 minutes prior to your “paint” time and 15 minutes after as extra studio time for you and your guests. Please arrive on time to allow for the artist to start and finish within the time period. Please be respectful of those that have parties scheduled following yours.
Parties can be extended $25 for 30 minutes and $50 for an hour, depending on availability.
If a guests pays and does not show or cancel within the cancellation time then they will not automatically receive a store credit.
Painting with a Twist "To-Go" Package
We bring the painting party to your home, office, restaurant, bar, park, or other location! Minimum of 20 people. Offsite Party Fee depends on the location and number of guests. Please text us at 337-602-6239 for Offsite Party fees and complete details on requirements.
Don't have the minimum number of painters for a private party? No Problem! You have two options!
1) Sign up for any public event and you and your guests can still be seated together and can bring any food or drink you'd like! No minimum required.
2) For a minimum of 4 painters we can add a painting of your choice to the public events calendar. A two week notice will be required for this option.
No set up although you can bring any decorations you would like but our studio is pretty festive already so it is not needed.
No clean up (Unless you brought any decorations)
Plenty of child-friendly paintings to choose from - on an adult sized canvas!
Step by step instruction
Time for cake eating, present opening, etc..
Group pictures at the end with finished paintings - GREAT momentos!
Each participant will leave with their own painting - no need for goody bags!
You can bring whatever cake/cupcakes/drinks you'd like. We do supply paper plates, cups, utensils, and napkins. We do not provide ice.
