About This Event

If you know your courts, wings, and starfall… this paint night is for you. Join us and combine four of our favorite things: friends, wine, painting, and reading!

ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive 10-20 minutes before this class' scheduled time to allow yourself time to check-in, tie your apron, pour a drink, and find your seat. Coming with a group but booking separately? Let us know your group’s name in the 'Special Request' box or notes when registering, and we’ll make sure you're seated together! No unpaid observers are allowed; every attendee must have a paid reservation.

BYOB: This is a BYOB studio. Snacks and drinks are welcome! You must be 21 to consume alcohol, we do check ID. We can provide cups, plates & bottle openers. We DO NOT provide ice or silverware.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: We ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make it to your reserved class, a store credit will be made for any and all cancellations. We do not issue refunds for cancellations. "No shows" will NOT be issued store credit or refunds. Groups of 5 or more must cancel 3 days before the date of the class. Painting With a Twist reserves the right to change instructors at any time. If there are with fewer than three painters signed up, we may need to cancel—but don’t worry, you’ll get advance notice and will receive store credit.
LATE POLICY: If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited.

Refund/Cancellation

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make it to your reserved class, a store credit will be made for any and all cancellations. We do not issue refunds for cancellations. "No shows" will NOT be issued store credit or refunds. Groups of 5 or more must cancel 3 days before the date of the class. (Please leave a voice message if calling after hours, 318-654-4800). If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and you payment will be forfeited. Classes are subject to cancellation if enough reservations are not made. Class will be cancelled the day of at 3:30p.m. or for weekend classes the day before at 4:00p.m. To make sure a class is not cancelled, reserve your seat online or call the shop to reserve your seat.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed.
