Planning an art party is like baking a cake!
In short terms:
How many people are you feeding is equivalent to how many people will be painting
How much ingedients you need to buy is eqivalent to how many supplies and helpers we need to staff for your event
If you bake a cake for 50 people and only 10 show up to the party you are out on 40 serving. This is equivalent to the planning process and importance of reservations and why we can only offer store credits.

Choose your artwork to paint from our abundant art library. A link will be emailed directly to you to choose your artwork.
Schedule your party any day of the week, space and availability permitting.
Prices are the same per person as our regular public classes.
Get the room 30 minutes before the party to decorate, set out food, mingle, etc.
No art set up, no clean up - just show up!
Do you offer any discounts on parties?
Since there is no additional fee to use the private rooms, or for the extra time (30 minutes before/30 minutes after), we do not offer any additional discounts on booking private parties.

Our main studio can accommodate a maximum of 35 guests.
Our party room can accommodate a maximum of 17 guests
We provide all of the art supplies
Paint time will start on time - We cannot wait for late arrivals
BYOB! Bring whatever you like - wine, beer, coffee, tea, soda, cake, snacks - we don't judge! By law, you must be 21+ to consume alcohol in our studio. Please drink responsibly.
How do I book a private party?
Private parties require at least 10 painters Friday-Sunday and 7 Monday-Thursday. An adult party is required to have 10 paid reservations NO LATER than one day before the event. WE CANNOT ACCEPT PAYMENT AT THE DOOR. An additional hour is included for all private parties compared to public events. That is 30 minutes prior to class time and 30 minutes during/after class time.
The host can secure the date and time with a deposit equivalent to 4 seats for adult parties (price varies per canvas size). A kid's party deposit will go towards the total balance due. If the event is canceled less than 7 days of the event, the deposit will not be refunded.
After the private party has been booked the host will receive a passcode and link to distribute to guests. Guests can then go online to individually register/pay.
Additional Information for Kid Parties - Kids love painting here!
Kid parties are available any day or evening of the week, except Friday & Saturday after 7:00pm. They require a $160 deposit that goes towards the total balance of the party. Hosts will be required to pay for a minimum of 10 painters. After the minimum of 10 painters is reached the price is $30 per guest.
A typical kid party looks like the following:
30 minutes prior to paint time is for decorating, setting out snacks, cake, etc.
1.50 hours of actual painting time
30 additional minutes can be used for cupcakes, gifts, etc.
