Welcome to Painting with a Twist – Orlando! ( in the Universal Studios Area )

Looking for a fun night out in Orlando? Looking for things to do other than a theme park in Orlando? Looking for a creative team outing activity in Orlando? Looking for a private party venue in Orlando?

We have the answer! Painting with a Twist-Orlando in the Universal Studios Area is a fun, innovative, art as entertainment studio, conveniently located in southwest Orlando.

We provide your paint, canvas and brushes, and lots of encouragement. Come alone or grab a friend or two, bring your favorite snack and paint along with a fabulous local artist. At the end of the evening you’ll have a one-of-a-kind 16” x 20” acrylic on canvas masterpiece to take home or give as a gift. Think it’s beyond you? We love novices. Our professional instructors will guide you through each step of recreating the featured painting, and you’ll have painlessly created a piece of art before you know it!

Alcohol Policy

Our Studio has an inexpensive beverage bar with wines, beers, sodas and water available for purchase. Due to zoning restrictions in the City of Orlando we are not BYOB. You must be 21 years of age to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

Age Policy

REGULAR CLASSES are for ages 15 and up. KIDS' CLASSES and FAMILY CLASSES are for ages 7 and up.

Why Should Your Kids Do Art This Summer?

There are so many reasons why art is a wonderful escape! It gets children away from their tech devices and gives them the opportunity play with color and be creative. Here at PWAT Orlando, family classes are suitable for children aged 7 and up. Of course, those young at heart can also join these classes! Parents, event grandparents can enjoy their time with art fun. Did you know that artistic endeavors strengthens children's problem-solving and critical-thinking skills? The experience of making decisions and choices in the course of creating art carries over into other parts of life. If they are exploring and thinking and experimenting and trying new ideas, then creativity has a chance to blossom! So what are you waiting for? Get your kids in here to paint!

We are all busy! Corporate lives, soccer Moms, working parents, business owners.... we just never have any "Me" time, anymore! Take up a hobby, people say. Learn a new craft. Who on earth has the time to sign up for weekly classes? Well, do you have 2 hours to carve out? Two hours to spend on "YOU? Painting is so therapeutic, and we have had many painters tell us that they love coming because all they have to worry about for 2 whole hours, is what they are painting.
