We require a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase your seats for check-in. This is for your protection!
This is a Family Class designed for kids ages 5 and up and their families. Please, no infants or toddlers. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to check in, visit the beverage bar, get smocked, and get settled into your seats.
All children must be accompanied by a painting adult, and there are no observers allowed. Every person in the studio must have a paid seat and participate in the class.
This painting is a special four-piece set, and each seat will need to choose which side of the set they want to paint. Guests joining together can complete the full set as a pair, or individuals may select the side they prefer to paint on their own.
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
We require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation for public events so we can offer your seat to another guest. For block reservations of 10 or more seats, a 4-day notice is required.
• Cancellations with more than 48 hours (or 4 days for blocks of 10+) may receive a refund minus a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations made between 48 and 12 hours before the event will receive store credit.
• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will receive no refund or store credit.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, you may not be able to paint and will forfeit your registration fee.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment (fewer than 5 reservations). Guests will be notified at least 2 hours before class time and issued a full refund.
