What do I need to book a Private Party at Painting with a Twist Philadelphia?
Our sip and paint private events have a 10 person minimum on the weekdays and a 12 person minimum on the weekend, but we can hold up to 30, perfect for parties small and large.
What is the cost for a Private event at Painting with a Twist Philadelphia?
Private sip and paint parties start at a low price of $39.99 and can go up based on your canvas selection and party packages we have to offer. Party packages can help add things to make your events even more special like extra time, DIY candle making, and other!

What if I want something extra to make my painting party more unique?
Outside our usual great sip and paint experiences we also have many fun add-ons like blacklight paints, glitter painting, DIY soy candling making, extra time in the studio, custom playlists and prizes.
What if I need to cancel my private sip and paint party in Philadelphia ?
While it is sad to cancel a private event with us, If you must cancel your event, give us at least 7 days' notice, and we can issue you a store credit for your deposit. If you fail to give us at least 7 days' notice, you will forfeit your deposit as a cancelation fee.
Other guests that are signed up If they cancel with at least 24hr notice, they can receive a store credit or a refund (minus a processing fee of $10 per seat). Cancellation MUST be via email. No shows and cancellation without 24 hours notice **WILL NOT** receive a refund or store credit.
If any guest wish to cancel, they will not be able to do so if it would bring your party below its minimum without the host first covering the difference.
Is your studio wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately our studio is not wheelchair accessible. Some parties may be held on our second floor. If any guests have difficulty with stairs, please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your group.
