Painting with a Twist FAQ

Q: What are the prices for a class? 
A: The price for a 2 hour class is $37.00. The price for a 3 hour class is $47.00. We have a few specialty classes like our Paint Your Pet class and our large canvas classes for $55.00. Prices also depend on what surface you choose to paint. All class prices are posted on the event page.

Q: When do you post a new monthly schedule? 
A: The class calendar is posted during the first week of every month.

Q: Will my painting be dry by the end of the night? 
A: Yes, if there are a few damp places, we have hair dryers which will dry them quickly.

Q: At what time should I arrive for class? 
A: We recommend arriving fifteen to thirty minutes before the class time so you can get settled in before we start painting.

Q: Will you have wine openers and cups? 
A: Yes, we supply wine openers and cups. 

Q: Since it is around dinner, can we bring food? 
A: Yes, feel free to bring in a snack or whatever you would like to munch on.

Q: What do I wear? 
A: Whatever is comfortable! We provide aprons, but keep in mind, there is always a chance you could get paint on your clothes!  

Q: Do I need a reservation? 
A: We do require reservations with advance payment to secure seats. We require 24 hour cancellation noitce to receive a store credit. No 24 hour notice and No shows will not be issued store credit or refunds.

Q: What if I don't show up to the class after reserving my seat?
A: No shows may have a friend collect their canvas for them. You may attend our free make-up class called S.O.S. It's the first Saturday of every month. Please let us know the name of the painting you will be working on.

Q: What size is the canvas? 
A: We have quite a few canvas sizes and types. We have 16x20 canvases, 10x30 canvases, 24x36 canvases and 12x12 canvases. We also have classes that use wooden pallets, wood plank boards and wooden cutouts.

Q: Is there an age limit?
A: Yes, if you are under 17 years old you will have to be accompanied by an adult to attend an evening class. Please note that it is the law that you have to be 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages. We recommend that your young ones be 7 years old to paint with us and they may only attend morning classes, afternoon classes, or special art camps unless you call a get approved. Private Parties are also another avenue to accommodate younger children. Again, please know that adult supervision is always required.
