Hi there! My name is Aly (or Alyssa), I am a member of the Hopi Tribe from the village of Old Orabi. I have been doing art since I was a kid alongside my Grandfather, who is a professional painter. Outside of the studio, I am a freelance artist. My style is centered around creating a bridge between my urban life and Native American traditional life. Hi, I'm Bethany! I'm originally from Washington state but have lived in Arizona since 2010. I'm currently dual majoring in Fine Arts and Art History at ASU. I have plans to further my education in the field of anthropology. My art consists of mythical and ancient themes, landscapes, and portraiture. I work in all sorts of mediums: acrylic paints, graphite, printmaking, oil paints, colored pencil, and I even crochet. Aside from school and art, in my free time I read, drum, and plan my next travel adventure. I have traveled to Mexico, England, Scottland, and France. I post my artwork to my Instagram: @artist_bethanyshier. Feel free to DM or email me for commissions, questions or anything else! Happy painting!
Hello, I’m Em! I have spent my life expressing myself through all art forms from painting to dance to theatre to poetry! I taught paint and sip classes at a small family owned studio in Iowa for two years before moving to the Phoenix metro area with my boyfriend and our dog, Nova. I plan on finishing my associates online before double majoring in dance education or communications at ASU. When I’m not painting at the studio, I’m either doing homework or teaching kickboxing part-time!
My name is Karmen and I was born and raised in my beautiful homeland of sunny Arizona. From age four I always had a pencil in my hand. Pencil portraits were my first love but I am passionate about anything art and dabble in it all. From sketching, painting, and photography, to theater, dance and creative writing. Outside of PWAT, I enjoy acting, performing, and doing voiceovers. I enjoy working at PWAT because I am able to exercise my passion for art and assist others in unleashing their creativity!

Israeli born artist who spent his formative years in Venezuela before moving to the United States at age 32. In 1995 Nir received a Bachelor of Law from the Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas, Venezuela, where he founded the Nir Katularu and Estrella Gabizon law firm before completing his law degree. While practicing law, Nir established a successful restaurant business by opening Picasso’s restaurant which he managed until his departure in 2003.
The door opened to Nir’s artistic voice in 2004 shortly after his arrival in America. He took classes in ceramics and glass fusion at Paradise Valley Community College and developed a collectorship early on in his artistic journey. In 2015 Nir’s interest in abstract expression took hold, leading him to the Scottsdale Artists School where he enrolled in Master Artist Marianne Mitchell’s workshop - Opening the Realm of Abstraction. Nir has continued his studies with Marianne Mitchell in her Artist Mastery programs, and is now a professional abstract fine artist. In the summer of 2019 Nir founded the Nir Art Studio + Gallery in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
Hi, I’m Tyler Crabtree. I’m a young artist with a lot of passion. I love art so much that I went to a highly respected visual effects/ game design school to continue doing art for a living. Although 3D computer generated art is cool, it does not top my passion for painting. I’ve been painting since I was a kid but really started practicing my technique and skills in high school. I can’t wait to continue growing while being able to teach people what I love.
