Hello Twisters,
If you would like to transfer your Store Credit from Tempe to our Phoenix studio, please read and follow the instructions below carefully.
Phoenix Studio Location:
Address: 1743 E Camelback Rd A4, Phoenix, Arizona 85016
We are located on the northwest side of the Camelback Colonnade shopping center.
How to Redeem Your Store Credit:
• Deadline: Store Credit must be redeemed by April 30, 2025. No exceptions.
• Class Selection: Before contacting us, please choose the date, time, and class name you wish to attend.
• Eligibility: Store Credit can only be redeemed by the account holder. If the information provided does not match our records, we will not be responsible for any issues in locating your Store Credit.
• Non-Refundable: Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Covering the Difference: If the class price exceeds your Store Credit balance, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
• Availability: Seats are not guaranteed. If a class is sold out, you will need to choose a different date.

(Please do not call outside of these hours, as our staff will not be able to assist you with Store Credit transfers.)
When Calling, Texting, or Emailing to Redeem Store Credit, Please Provide:
1. Your full name (must match our records).
2. Your Store Credit code (found in the automated email you received from us). If you cannot find it, we will help locate it.
3. The date, time, and name of the class you want to attend.
4. The date you received your Store Credit (to help us locate it faster).
If you are texting or emailing us, please follow the same instructions as if you were calling.
Final Reminder:
After April 30, 2025, we will no longer have access to Tempe Store Credit records, so make sure to redeem yours before the deadline!
