Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: For Events:**24 hours or more notice for store credit/rescheduling : NO REFUNDS! A Complimentary Credit will be issued to use within 2 weeks from issue date. **Less than 24 hours notice = NO REFUND/NO CREDIT/NO RESCHEDULE. No shows are not eligible for refund, reschedule or store credit. Guests scheduling with less than 24 hours prior to class accept that they are final sale seats and are not eligible for a credit or to reschedule. Retail: **Twist At Home Kits have no refund/no credit/no exchanges. PRIVATE EVENT GUESTS: No credit issued if event has not met minimum registration (10 guests M-W, 12 Th-Sun). If minimum met, standard cancellation policy applies. **LATE ARRIVALS: We begin and end on time for all classes. Any guest more than 10 minutes late to class will miss important instruction - no refund/credit/reschedule issued for late arrivals. **BAD WEATHER POLICY: Studio Credit only issued if class cancellation occurs due to bad weather (Details on FAQ page and apply to this class). Please see our website "NEWS" section for updates in a case of questionable weather. **PWAP & PAINT YOUR PET: Follow their own cancellation policy - see class description for details. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to paint and are considered a "no show". They are NOT entitled to a refund, credit or to reschedule.
