Alcohol Policy

Please note that our studio is currently awaiting approval of our alcohol license. During this temporary period, no alcohol (including BYOB) is permitted on the premises. You are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Age Policy

Unless noted otherwise, all events are ages 18+ due to adult humor, music, and atmosphere. Kids and Family Day events are open to ages 7+ unless otherwise noted.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

Twist at Home kits are non-cancelable and non-refundable once purchased.

Reservations canceled more than 48 hours in advance will receive a refund, minus a service fee or full store credit. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive full store credit. No-shows are not eligible for store credit or refund.

Pop-In deposits are non-refundable. Private parties follow the cancellation policy outlined in the party contract.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.
