ALCOHOL POLICY: We are a BYOB studio you must be 21 or older to consume alcohol on the premises, valid photo ID is required.
BEVERAGES/FOOD: We are BYOB. You are invited to bring your own drinks and finger foods in case you get hungry during the break. We provide cups and wine openers. We do NOT provide ice, napkins, or eating/serving utensils.
**Please be advised that hot plates, crock pots, sternos, or any other heating elements are strictly prohibited in our studio due to potential fire hazards. Failure to follow our studio's policy will result in an additional fee**
SEATING: If you are coming with others but making reservations separately, indicate the name of the person you are sitting with OR a group’s name in the “Special Request” box, when making your reservations online. We'll seat you together!
AGE MINIMUM: Events scheduled after 6pm are strictly 18 and over, unless otherwise noted in the event title.
PAYMENT POLICY: All attendees must have a paid reservation
Payment is due at the time of the online reservation to guarantee your seat. You may also make reservations online using a gift certificate.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You must cancel 24 hours prior to the class start time, so that we may offer your seat to another customer. STORE CREDIT ONLY will be provided to those canceling same day ** AT LEAST 1 HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT**
If you are 20 minutes late or later you risk the chance of not being able to paint and your payment will be forfeited.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel events for unforeseen circumstances or fewer than 3 reservations. Registrants will be notified at least 4 hours prior to class time and may receive a store credit or refund.
