Benefits of a Private Party
- You select your own masterpiece to paint from our collection of 15,000 paintings. A link will be emailed to you so that you can choose your painting! You will be able to choose from 2 hour ($40/person) or 3 hour ($50/person) paintings. (See additional info for Kid's Birthday Parties below)
- You can schedule your party any day of the week, space permitting. We have morning, afternoon, and evening slots available.
- You get your own private party room and your own artist-instructor.
- No set up, no clean up - just show up!
- You get the room 30 minutes before and after your party to celebrate!
We provide all of the art supplies, as well as cups, napkins, paper plates, and corkscrews.
Guests may bring their snacks and drinks of choice. No Observers or Infants permitted. All guests must be paid attendees.
How do I reserve and pay for my party?
Studio A can accommodate a maximum of 42 painters.
Studio B can accommodate a maximum of 20 painters.
The minimum number of painters required for private parties on Friday and Saturday Nights is 15.
The minimum number of painters required for private parties at all other times is 10.
PRIVATE EVENT Cancellation Policy
The host of the party can secure a reservation with a credit card. Private party deposits are non-refundable, however there is a 7 day cancellation policy in which you would be abe to recieve store credit. [Must give us 7+ days notice to receive store credit or deposit is forfeited.] Your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee if less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given, and store credit would not be an option. If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the host/hostess credit card will be charged the balance to meet the minimum. A 10% Cancellation Fee will apply to all credit card transaction reversals.
Once the private party has been booked and the painting is selected, the host/hostess will receive a passcode to distribute to guests. Hosts can also email or print custom invitations. Guests can then go online and individually pay and register for the private party, or the host/hostess may instead pay with one payment for the party.
Cancellation Policy - Public/Private Party Guests must give 24 hour cancellation notice to receive full refund. Reservations cancelled without 24 hour notice must give a minimum of 2 hour cancellation notice to recieve store credit. If we do not receive 2 hour notice your seat is forfeited with no credit or refund option. No Call/No Shows cannot receive a refund or store credit; 2-hour notice must be given to be eligible for store credit. If less than 2 hour notice is given, we can offer your selection as a take home kit; available for pick up weekdays only.
Additional Information for Kids Parties
Host a unique party for your child's birthday, Scout Troop, sports team, or dance class! Kids love painting here and they also love our dance breaks! Plus, kids leave with their complete masterpieces, so there is no need to come back and pick them up at a later date.
Kids parties are available any day or evening of the week, except Friday and Saturday nights. Children must be 7+ to paint.
Typical kids parties include 1.5 or 2 hour art with time for breaks, cupcakes, and presents. You are able to choose from 1.5 hour paintings starting at $32/child or 2 hour paintings starting at $40/child.
