Q: Will my painting be dry when the class ends?
A: Yes. Most paintings are dry enough to take home at the end of class. If there are any damp areas, we have hair dryers available to help finish the drying process.

A: We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled painting event. This gives you time to get settled, find your seat, and prepare your food and beverages before instruction begins.

A: Yes. We offer reserved seating for groups. When making your reservation online, enter the name of the person or group you would like to sit with in the seating request section. We will do our best to accommodate all seating requests.
Q: Do you provide wine openers, cups, and beverage supplies?
A: Yes. We provide wine openers and 9-ounce plastic cups for guests. Feel free to bring your favorite beverages to enjoy during the event.
Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks to a paint and sip event?
A: Yes. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, snacks, and beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We recommend easy-to-eat foods that won't interfere with painting.

A: Wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a small amount of paint on. Disposable aprons are available for all guests, but paint can occasionally find its way onto clothing.
Q: Do I need a reservation for a painting class?
A: Yes. Reservations are required for all classes so we can prepare materials and seating for each guest. Due to the set up time required for each painter and limited seating, walk-ins and observers are not permitted.

A: Yes. We offer private painting parties for birthdays, corporate events, team-building activities, bachelorette parties, family gatherings, fundraisers, church groups, and other special occasions. Private events are available for all ages.
Q: Do you offer offsite painting events and virtual paint parties?
A: Yes. We can bring the painting experience to your location. Offsite events require a minimum of 15 painters. Standard class pricing applies, along with a $75 setup fee.

A: Age requirements vary by event and are listed in each class description on our calendar. Private parties do not have age restrictions and can be customized for children, teens, adults, or mixed-age groups.
Q: What is your cancellation and refund policy?
A: All sales are final and refunds are not offered. Guests who cancel at least 24 hours before the event will receive a store credit that can be used toward a future class at this location.
Q: Guests who do not attend their scheduled event ("no-shows") are not eligible for store credit. If you need to cancel after business hours, please leave a voicemail. Store credits are valid only at this studio location.
A: If you arrive 15 minutes late, you may not be able to join the class and may receive a store credit at management's discretion.
Q: Can I choose my own painting for an event?
A: Yes. Private party hosts can choose a painting from our online gallery. If you do not meet the minimum requirement for a private event, you may request a painting for a public class if the date and time are available.
Q: What happens if a painting class is canceled?
A: Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Registered guests will be notified at least 24 hours before the event whenever possible, and a full refund will be issued.
