This is an Open Studio style event. Artist will be present to assist you with your painting. For this event, you have a choice of artwork from which to select! We ask that you let us know your choice(s) by adding it in the special request section of your reservation, sending an email to studio202@paintingwithatwist.com or calling us at 610 419 0572. We want to ensure that we have the proper paints, brushes, and stencil (if needed) to help you create your masterpiece, ready upon arrival!
If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name or point person in the Special Request box. We'll seat you together! Adults who are just helping/watching do not need to reserve a seat, but please let us know if you plan to stay in the Special Request box of your reservation so we save a stool for you.
Please arrive about 10-15 minutes early to check-in, get smocked, and settle in.
Feel free to bring snacks and drinks.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. If you choose to not pay online, please call the studio at 610-419-0572 to pay by phone.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Painting with a Twist requires at least 24 hours prior to the published start time of the class in order to receive a refund if you need to cancel. Cancellations may be made by phone (voicemail is acceptable) or e-mail. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances with less than 24 hours notice. Only store credits will be offered for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice prior to the event, regardless of the reason. Refunds or store credits will not be given under any circumstances for no-shows after the class has begun.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes or change paintings due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified prior to class time and offered a refund or a store credit.
